My 19 year old son had the same experience some others wrote about. Allergies for a week, taking antihistamine. Got a horrible sinus infection with pounding headache, aching pressure behind my eyes and when he could blow my nose it was yellowish green. Told him to use Nose spray and pseudoephedrine. He had to go to urgent care the same day to get appropriate treatment with antibiotics. Don’t waste your time or money! Just go to urgent care to start with. This is the second time this has happened to us.

I know I have a sinus infection, get them regularly this time of year. Can't get an appt with my PC because we are going out of town this week. All she told me was I could have a steroid and use a neti pot 2 times a day. She also went straight to Covid as her excuse for my sinus pain. She would not prescribe an antibiotic for 12 days! After 12 days of sinus pain, I think I would rather have my face crushed by an elephant! No help at all. Do not recommend!

This service is extremely awful! It is providing unethical medical practices and mental health care. Once they get your money, they will not return it even if your appointment is shorter than promised, or you get nothing out of it, or if the service was not up to standards. Don’t waste your money!

I told the nurse practitioner I had a sinus infection. I get them quite often, couple times a year. I am 62 years old and know my body and my symptoms. She would not prescribe an antibiotic and prescribed steroids for a diabetic. I took the steroids with no help and two weeks later I still had the sinus infection and called telemed and received a rx for an antiobiotic and three days later was almost back to 100%. I called dr on demand several times to discuss with customer service and they stand totally behind their doctors bad diagnosis. I would never use dr. On demand. Very poor business practices. I am not sure of the date of service.

Non-existant customer service. If you're hoping to get a prescription, don't use Dr on Demand. When my prescription went to the wrong pharmacy no one would respond about getting it corrected.

I made an appointment and when the time came to speak with him I had my app open like the instructions state but the doctor was not. I contacted chat line support which no response. I called their support line 24/7 and it was not in service. The contact information is linked to their app so I didn’t misdial. Very disappointing. I hope I’m not billed for a service I didn’t get.

Terrible medical care. My husband has been very sick with an upper respiratory infection. All she wanted to talk about was Covid-19 and viruses. He clearly told her that he tested negative for covid-19. She refused to order anything for his URI. Wasted our time and money. I don't understand why United Healthcare decided that this medical service was better than the online medical service they had before,

Terrible. My appointment expired without anyone calling me. After an trying contacting them someone called me. They promised to send a script which I waited for an hour for now and still did not get. I called the service and Ric advised me to make another appt and pay another $60. I will complain to the health authority about this agency. They should not be able to operate.
