Quick and easy to make an appointment

Scheduling my urgent care appointment was easy. I met with the provider who took the time to learn more about how I was feeling and my symptoms before prescribing medication. Provider was compassionate and understanding. The experience was convenient and it was great to have the appointment from the comfort of my own home. Would recommend.

I have seen Dr Matthew Walton a few times now and he is compassionate, caring,and empathetic. Great connection for the visit and great Dr. and bedside manner! 100% recommend to anyone!

I am so confused by the negative reviews. My son had a telehealth video appointment with Lisa Hansen. She was amazing! Thorough, asked a lot of questions, his meds were called in immediately and we could not be more happy with this telehealth! Highly recommend!

While on hold with Doc on Demand last night- well really early morning- I read these reviews. And now I’m writing one myself because I had an excellent experience. Yesterday I got bit by a cat while trying to save it from the family dogs, and I thought I could do home remedies but my leg got very sore and I realized I needed urgent care around midnight. So I went doctor on demand after googling 24/7 urgent care. I was online with a live doctor within 15 minutes- Had a script within 3-5 mins. And had script in my hands within 20. The whole ordeal took under an hour - a good thing since it was in middle of the night.

Video call for hypertension prescription refill. Doctor came online within three minutes. The doctor asked all the questions on video so no lengthy online forms to complete - no photographing pill bottles etc. doctor was thorough and then filled three prescriptions.

I wanted to leave a review of how amazing Shallon Johnson Cnp is at "On Demand Immedicate/Primary Care" in Austintown ohio. The first review I seen was so great of a previous provider that is now at another location.. and then kept scrolling seeing names of Nps Dr's. Staff that are not affiliated with the organization I was trying to look up and it made me sad to see this know what amazing people work at the one I was trying to find in Austintown. This saddens me that people may experience the same thing looking at reviews and assume there is just "Dr. On Demand or just On Demand" and affiliate this with a private owned company completely separate and think it's terrible care. Make sure you review which name and location of the true company before making a decision. I have worked for this company and became a patient to our Provider. Ive worked in the medical field for over 20 years and trust in me we see it all... behind the seens a true character of our Providers. As an assistant to that Provider and feeling safe with my health care, my child and Grandparents that raised me... well that tells it all. JUST BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU RESEARCH.
