2 visits within a week just needing antibiotics and blood work . The first ones service was incompetent trash . Didn't even write a summary of visit likely because she knew her service was trash Still took my money . After requesting a care review they still won't refund me stating that she still gave me care to their standards . The 2nd was a gem . She sent in for my blood work and gave me the help I needed Still just for antibiotics and labs out of pocket over $300 for a something that shouldn't have costed me nearly that much.

I would have rated it five stars. Last year was my first time using Dr on Demand. I used it for the first time because my in person primary care had left the practice and I needed refills for maintenance medication. I then set up an appointment for annual physical. Knowing that my last in person one was all talk and lab work, I liked the convenience. However, since my insurance pays 100% for Dr on Demand, I never received a bill. That is until 6 months later when I got a collection notice for the second visit. I contacted included health and they told me that it was a glitch and that I shouldn't worry about it and wouldn't receive any additional collection notices. About a month later I received another collection notice. Contacted included health. While waiting, I went to the collection site and found that the visit had been mis-coded as self pay. This time they admitted that was the issue and resubmitted to my insurance. Problem solved or was it? After this received a notification from my insurance company about a claim with the lab that Dr on Demand had sent me to for testing. The claim was processed as out of network. I contacted included health and they asked if I had chosen the lab. I couldn't remember after 6 months, but later found the conversation with Dr on Demand on the included health app. It clearly shows that during the initial previsit that I was given a choice of labs, the closest was 45 minutes from home, but only 15 minutes from my work. I checked the covered labs in the included health app and it didn't show anything close to me. I contacted included health about this again with this information and they told me that with the new information, quality control would contact me within 5-7 business days. After 7 business days I contacted them. No helpful response. Today, 11 business days later, I contacted the original person and was told that it was still under review and would be another 5 business days. When I told them that I believe that they were just pushing it out so that I would give up, she just repeated what was said. Seriously, we need single payer/universal healthcare.

I've had doctors refuse to help me and then still charge me for the visit. And there have been questionable billing issues. I will not use them again.

Dr. Waffled about diagnosis. Gave opinion about things she did not know about. Only good thing was that I received the antibiotic I desperately needed. Could barely understand her. Did not feel she was a world renowned Dr. like Dr. Phil touts on his show about this service. Can't remember Dr name 12 30 ish mountain time.

I have used Dr On Demand in the past and never had a negative experience as I did today during my virtual urgent appointment my doctor stated she would be writing a prescriptions for me and at some point the virtual care appointment dropped. I then waited five minutes for her to call me back and she never did in the past whenever this would happen. The doctor would call back immediately since they do have a callback number, but she never did. I have been making multiple calls all day messages through the app and no one can get a hold of this doctor or even find out if my prescription was even completed. I am here doubling down in pain and yet they are oblivious to the fact that I need to start my antibiotic right away , I am very disappointed with the service. In addition they charge me the $10 co-pay which in the pass was free may be this is tactic for them to get patients to redo their virtual care appointment and pay another $10 which happened to my son a week ago , no one has an answer and I’m planning to file a complaint if I don’t get my prescription completed today.

Doctors great; but their billing service Included Health is awful and the Doc on Demand customer service is lacking. Included health cannot figure out how to bill more than one insurance and once they get your ID number wrong, they can never seem to fix it. Been going on 2 months now that I cannot access my doctors because their billing system is incompetent.

Used this for mental health for both therapy and psychiatry. They were both amazing to work with and I was extremely happy to have them both and with in months of each other they both suddenly leave the platform. I feel like it’s a common issue and will never know why or what happened. It’s very frustrating to have to find another doctor that I trust and fear the same thing will happen again. Will not recommend for mental health only because you form bonds that can quickly and suddenly end without warning and boom you are left to find another therapist and psychiatrist.
