What a mess...
I am an employee of the Walmart Corporation and this service is provided to us via our health insurance. Due to my family's low income this was a saving grace to be able to see a practitioner with a $0 copay as well as mental health services. I love my therapist, but that's the best I've found so far with the service outside of the price and convenience. Anytime I've used the urgent care service I've felt unheard and dismissed. My assigned primary care doesn't really take in my concerns and offer solutions, but instead will send me links to google web pages. I'm fortunate enough to not have any serious medical concerns at this time, but trying to get some guidance on preventative wellness seems impossible. What really burns my biscuits is their connectivity issues. Messages either don't get sent or take a week for anyone to reply. I've sat down and waited for my appointments to begin only to be met with an endless "testing for connection screen" and be charged $99 for missing an appointment. When I addressed this with the care coordinator, they asked why I didn't take a screen shot - as if I was lying about it. Connectivity issues happen, but I've not had this problem happen in the weeks I've been using this service repeatedly. Instead of any clear answers they kicked it over to tech support and it's up to them to decide if I can get a refund for that $99. At this point, because money is so tight, I'm not sure if I can comfortably keep using this service. If an error happens and I get charged it will really put my family in dire financial difficulties.
