Diff was honoring their protection plan on a pair of prescription sunglasses. When I got them, they were the correct frame, correct prescription, but not tinted to be sunglasses. They immediately responded when I emailed and processed the replacement within just a few hours. And they told me I could keep the pair they sent me, which they would have been well within their rights to have me send back. Thanks Hailey!

Not only do I love my new prescription glasses and sunglasses, but DIFF rushed my order to me prior to me leaving for vacation (with the help of Haleigh - thank you again!). I greatly appreciated the rush on the order so I could have my new glasses for my trip. Have already placed another order with DIFF and will continue to do so in the future!

I hate how they talk about their charitable eyewear. Crooks. I ordered a pair of standard 1.5 readers (where the lens costs virtually nothing) and they count this 14 day return policy (for CUSTOM0 from the day you complete an order, even though it take 4-7 days to ship. I was out of town for one week and now they won’t take the return on a pair of glasses that are larger than life and I am a 6 foot woman. Don’t bother.

I ordered the prescription version of the Anakin sunglasses from Diff. I mistakenly ordered the wrong lens type and did not realize until they showed up! I emailed Diff support and was BLESSED with Grechelle!! She very promptly answered all my questions and setup the exchange/return for me - making it extremely easy! She was amazing with her quick and detailed answers. I genuinely have not had a customer experience like this is quite sometime from online shopping. She made everything right and did not get annoyed with all my repetitive questions and multiple emails - she is a gem and I am so happy she is the one who assisted me! After placing an order, I immediately realized that I listed the an incorrect address for shipping. I emailed for assistance and immediately received a response from Jeza. My experience with Diff was bittersweet, but left me satisfied. The glasses I ordered arrived with some bothersome damage, considering the high cost of the item. I asked Diff for a replacement to which I was initially directed to a Return Policy that is not very friendly to International buyers (please read this ahead of time!) with additional incurred costs. I spoke with Jeza Mae through support, who was very nice and responded quickly to my mails and she offered to refund the item for the damage, which I accepted as a fair resolution as it incurred no additional costs from me. I was worried about the Customer Service experience after reading some other reviews here but I want to say that my personal experience was satisfactory. I took one star off for the fact that I wished there was a way to get a proper easy exchange for a damaged product for us International customers, but in the end I feel like Diff did the right thing for me.
