I had to make edits to my original order (user error) and support was responsive and helpful. My RX sunglasses arrived and they were glasses rather than sunglasses. Again, support was very helpful and immediately submitted an order with my original specifications, and didn’t require me to send back the glasses. This is my second purchase from DIFF and I have been pleased with the outcome both times.

I really love if I wear I think it’s amazing company I appreciate the customer service and the value. What bums me out is that they don’t make available different lenses for the frames they have. I was looking for a clear frame that I wanted to put gradient gray sunglass lenses in and it just wasn’t available in this day and age. It doesn’t seem that hard to be able to make sunglasses out of any frame so unfortunately, I’ll have to go somewhere else but if you’re looking for exactly what they Have The Price Is Right at the customer service is excellent

I am so happy with my purchase with Diff. Love all my selection and you an bever go wrong. Very stylish and very unique designs. A very luxurious looking where i can afford. I love the selection from oversize to just the normal size we use to get, and also customize to your face fit, just pick the right frame for you.

After a straightforward purchase of the ‘Cinderella’ sunglasses at a great price point and smooth international delivery experience, I was disappointed to find that the free matching chain was not in my order. I contacted support who replied very quickly, and after showing them the original ad for the sunglasses that included the free chain, they had already organised to have it shipped to me before replying to my email. I was worried I might have to go back and forward, or argue my case, but none of that was necessary once I showed them the original ad. They were polite, friendly, and clearly took pride and care that I, their customer, came away happy from the interaction. I would definitely shop with them again, knowing I am safe and they will take care of things if anything goes wrong. This is especially important to me as an international customer! The sunglasses themselves are beautiful, and I love the attention to detail on both the sunglasses and the case they came in. I’m sure the chain will be just as stunning. I also love that they’re polarised, and can fit prescription as needed.

Well about diff, I don’t have many things to say other than the fact I was sent the wrong product and the other lens I ordered (2 in1 box) had defective components. Waiting 1 month for my order and spending $325 on eyewear I was understandably upset. But I got in contact with customer service, Hailey D specifically was very helpful at getting my order fixed. I was very upset but with her patience, great bedside manner and understanding, I felt much better. Thanks to her customer support, she also got my order fixed STAT and had another delivery expedited for me. Thank you so much

My experience with Diff was bittersweet, but left me satisfied. The glasses I ordered arrived with some bothersome damage, considering the high cost of the item. I asked Diff for a replacement to which I was initially directed to a Return Policy that is not very friendly to International buyers (please read this ahead of time!) with additional incurred costs. I spoke with Jeza Mae through support, who was very nice and responded quickly to my mails and she offered to refund the item for the damage, which I accepted as a fair resolution as it incurred no additional costs from me. I was worried about the Customer Service experience after reading some other reviews here but I want to say that my personal experience was satisfactory. I took one star off for the fact that I wished there was a way to get a proper easy exchange for a damaged product for us International customers, but in the end I feel like Diff did the right thing for me.

I love my DIFF sunglasses, the quality and material is very strong. I bought 6 pairs since November of 2021, and I gave one of them as a gift. I recently lost a pair of the Lauren London collab in black Lotus Locs. Which has made me sad because it was a classic black pair and they have sold out of it.
