I think the customer service is great and the fact that they will fix issues. I do not think that they have the best quality glasses. Whoever is making them needs help. I ordered my first transitions and they were not transitioning (they had lines and areas where it was not working). I called and they responded and sent new one. I have the new ones and all of the film is peeling from around the edges within a 6 month period. I have a love hate relationship. I love the style but the quality is not best.

This company has sales on, all for 3 weeks running, choka emails. My cart was buy 2 get 3 free. So I had 5 in there. $247 checkout said. Next day, WHEN I HAD SAVED THE 247, IT SAID$400!!!!!! And my heart was so set on these sunnies, I bought them. Way overpriced for non designer sunnies. And HUGE price skyrocket!!!! It over priced my each items, AND THE TOTAL. claimed free shipping, yet charged me $29 for shipping!!!!!! Very very unhappy with this company. P.s they refunded me $29au. For shipping, but the price change was dramatic ---& disgusting. Let's see how quality of the items goes..... 😞 😡😡😡 Update: they use UPS for delivery in Australia , Perth. Ups to a pic of it ay my door, then I'm CERTAIN they stole it back,,,,, $450 with of glasses. Diff had wiped its hands of the matter citing "once handed over to delivery, is not they're responsibility snugness" and can't even file a CLAIM with UPS, the online form won't allow me to press submit. Also, UPS are not resounding to phone calls, or emails. DISGUSTED. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, N GUTTED N OUT OF POCKET $450!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These glasses are a nice product at first but I had issues with screws continuously falling out. This last pair screws fell out again and they send me a repair kit instead of replacing it. With the repair kit the screws were so tiny I couldn’t even pick them up. I am highly disappointed . The glasses are nice but they don’t last at all. I purchased a total of 3 pair and can’t wear any of them screws fell out of them all. Wasted money

I bought two sunglasses that were both a bit too small (despite having XL in the name). When I went to return them Diff refused, saying they were final sale and therefore not returnable. They offered a credit for future purchase, but of course I didn't want to order more glasses that I couldn't return if they didn't fit. Now I'm stuck with trash I guess. There are so many other online options to buy sunglasses with easy returns.

I think they're just fine, however, the marketing is insane! I received 19 emails on ONE day! Yes, 19!! I had to unsubscribe and it just really turns me off from purchasing in the future.

Ordered these cute glasses and they came and were way too big for my face! Have tried to return them several times and can’t get any help. They were expensive for me . I still have all the information on them and they have never been worn except to try them on. Would like to return them and get my money back.

I have always loved their products but I recently ordered a pair that took over a month to receive. Now I understand prescription glasses take time but I have order several in the past and never had as issue. After waiting a month I received and prescription was incorrect. I completed the return request but noticed they had my email incorrect. I reached out via email 3 or 4 times and have never received a response. There is absolutely no number to reach customer service anywhere on their website. It’s now past the 14 return window and I am stuck with an expensive pair of unusable glasses. I am very disappointed in this experience. They have still not reached out to correct the issue

Ordered 2 pair of glasses and the arm fell off the one pair. Customer service looked up info and said I was within my 1 yr warranty and to make a claim. I’ve now emailed 2 claims and haven’t heard back. Super frustrating!
