This has been the only company I purchase sunglasses from for the past 5 to 6 years. But as of lately since 2025, the quality has gone down. My sunglasses typically only lasts 5 to 6 months before the screws are coming undone and the frame is separating from the lens. I’ve purchased three pairs of the black and gray Lenox style sunglasses and every single pair has only lasted me 5 to 6 months and I keep them in a case and only wear them two or three times a week. I’m tired of having to replace these glasses every couple months as that’s hundreds of dollars. Change your quality back to what it was, Diff!

I bought four pairs of glasses. One reader, one sunny and two Rx. The readers and sunnies arrived as ordered. One Rx arrived in the wrong color and the other, too big. After being asked the photograph all of the received glasses with their serial number I was sent the correct color Rx, was told to keep the incorrect color and they’d send me up to $15 to have the too big glasses adjusted. The staff got back to me throughout the several week process fairly quickly and were quite nice. I get compliments on the Rx and readers fun styling. All in all, an average experience.

I ordered a couple pairs of blue light glasses from Diff. I must have a slightly wide head because the pair that I received that was correct didn't fit. The other pair was sunglasses instead of blue light glasses. I emailed customer service and requested a refund, they said they would ship me a replacement, I told them I didn't need a replacement, they said they cancelled it. But then 2 days later the replacement glasses showed up at my door. I returned all 3 pairs and got a refund. Their customer service was able to resolve my issue and give me a full refund, but they did create some confusion and unnecessary work in the process.

I ordered Christmas gifts from multiple websites on December 8th. I received all orders by the 14th except the sunglasses I ordered from Diff.com. I paid extra for expedited shipping thank goodness because they didn't even ship them until today. I sent them an email last week regarding my order because I received the email that they finally printed the shipping label. I complained about how long it took them to get it ready and out not realizing that they still hadn't shipped it! They of course never responded. What's worse is that I have been receiving multiple promo emails every day from them since placing my order. I will never purchase from them again!
