If I could have left a lower star rating I would. Beyond disappointed. Diff took my money, failed to deliver the glasses and subsequently failed (since 14 May) to respond to queries. Genuinely the worst. You still have my money and my glasses. Awful.

Over the past couple months, I have purchased seven pairs of sunglasses from this company. After receiving my last order which contained two of the same styles but in different colors I realized that one pair was way too big even though the other pair fit perfectly. I contacted the company and they refused to exchange the ones that are too big for another pair. In a prior order, I had the same thing happen but it was just the opposite, one pair fit perfectly and one pair was way too small. Although I love the sunglasses that do fit me well, I will never order from this company again due to their poor customer service.

Glasses are not what they appear online. The lens look sturdy and fashionable. They’re cheap quality and half the size. Then surprise NO returns or exchanges. What a garbage company with zero customer service. Don’t buy from this company.

Customer service is horrific. My glasses have said ordered for a month now and whenever I ask them when they will ship, they make up a date that isn’t true. They misread my prescription and tried to tell me it was expired when I first ordered. Then would miss my responses and email me the same question I already responded to. Don’t buy from here.

BAD Customer Service!!! I was very excited to support a company that gives back and bought two pairs of sunglasses. One was on sale, but it never said on page or on order form that there was no refund or final sale. Of course, those were the ones I was not a fan of. They were $50. They other pair I liked were $85. I went to return and found out I could not return. I looked to email the company and they refuse to help me out. There is also no phone number to call this company. I have searched everywhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service, waited over a month for prescription glasses for my daughter and still hadn’t received them. Barely got an apology, basically just saying “we are watching your order”. No suggestions to resend the order, issue a credit or anything. Finally I just request to cancel and refund, and without even replying they cancel and then send an email to say it will take 7 days for the refund!!! Totally horrible experience.

Love the shades, fantastic range and styles. This year a change in shipping fees was applied to my delivery (from the US to the UK) i was charged £47. When. I raised this with Diff they refunded this for me which was fantastic (thank you). However I can’t risk that happening in the future so would probably not buy from them again which is a shame.
