Absolute crap outfit operating out of a grubby storefront in Brooklyn. Ordered sunglasses on a Sunday with 2-3 day lead time for shipping. Got several emails about how my order was processing, it's been delayed, they were coming from another warehouse, it will ship next week, blah, blah, blah. Even as I am writing this review the website still indicates 2-3 day shipping time Here's the real situation: they float your money well beyond the intended shipping time which is a questionable business practice. They make excuses that the manufacturer experienced delays sending the merchandise (so it's not retailer's fault) and they have a long record of poor feedback for fulfillment/refund issues. BEWARE

It took a couple weeks, but worth it. I was at my eye doctors and saw some frames I loved priced at $399, googled them and they were $86 on this site. Mine came as advertised. Will continue to order from this site.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago, and I haven’t heard from them since then! They took my money, and disappeared! Im never buying from them again! I would appreciate a call back, an update email, or my money back. UPDATE: It has been a month, and I have not received my order.

they took my money for 2 pair of glasses and only sent one. customer service is non-existent, now I have to go through paypal for a complaint and charge-back. once they have your money it's difficult to get you glasses

Honestly I wish there was a zero star rating these people have bad customer experience I ordered spectacles from them and they were to arrive in 10 days when I check my shipping they say acceptance pending for over a month now I got feed up and requested a refund still to this day they refuse to give me my money back nor have they replied my emails in over 3 days!

Extremely sorry company...Without a doubt a scamful enterprise.. I have ordered 4 sunglasses. 4 pair. One was immediately cancelled. 1 arrived 3 days ago. I'm still waiting on the others to arrive. It's been a month. I'm such an dope, I paid quite a bit extra to have them sent 2nd day air.... I still get their pop up ads for the specific pair of Oakleys that they canceled because of being discontinued.... Total rip off.... Bryan Rogers from Arizona USA
