My glasses arrived exactly 3 weeks after I placed my order. Two pairs. I saw the frames at my local specialty higher end eyeglass store but the price was very high. I found them at Designer Optics and the total price (frames and lenses) was less than half of the local price. I received three emails over the three weeks and responded to the last asking for order status. They responded within 24 hours to let me know the glasses would be shipped soon, and I have them two days later. For comparison, I had a frame I took to my local eyeglass place to have sunglass lenses put in and those took two weeks...and cost more for the lenses than these frames and lenses cost together. I would (and will) choose Designer Optics for my future eyeglass needs. Do not expect to get your glasses in a few days. From what I see, most of the issues are based on expectations of getting your glasses super fast. Expect a month and you’ll probably be pleased. I was able to get two pairs for less than what one would have cost locally. That is worth me being patient, and in my case the customer communication was great.
