The only problem I had is they told me 1-2 weeks. It ended up like being 3.5. I ordered WileyX prescription sunglasses. They are spot on.

I ordered Altair designer frames for HALF of what my eye doctor quoted and even less than half of what Altair's "only authorized" web dealer wanted to rook me out of. I got a USPS tracking Number and received them in about 10 days. They are the real deal! No shipping & no Tax for me. I e-mailed them once out of paranoia and they replied right away. Some of their negative reviews are people who want everything I got in ONE DAY! I will return here in the future when I need new glasses! Remove review

I ordered a sunglass and it supposed to delivered 2 days. I di not get it after 2 days. Waited another week and they canceled my order without notification or explaining. SCAM. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Horrible, I bought a pair of frames, was suppose to come in on Wednesday and still haven't seen anything. Kept my money and I have nothing to show for it. I should have checked out these folks first. They ship by Google Express and they have heard from me as well.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Handling time took forever but the kicker was THEY SENT ME SUNGLASSES WITHOUT LENSES!!! When I called they hung up on me, I called back and they told me the lenses were on backorder for 3 weeks. No where was that mentioned prior. Avoid this place!!

Very attractive prices and reasonable time for delivery in NYC (around 1week). I was hesitant looking at some other reviews about their customer service or returns, but i did not run into any issue. This experience went smooth for me.

I'll keep this short and to the point This company WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY 100%. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessinal (Reason she works there) BEWARE I had to learn the hard way. THEY kept $59 dollars of mines. I will REPORT them. I'll make sure friends and family wont shop there at all. Was $59 worth it? Now you'll lose more Thanks

I ordered 10 days ago, product was supposed to ship 3 days ago; it still hasn't and no information from the company as to why. I have contacted their service but no reply. They were quite quick about collecting my payment however. I am very disappointed so far. Their website is not bad and the price was very low (get what you pay for...).
