Dress was ok! It was a little overpriced for the material! An issue that I had was the misleading delivery date. It came a day before the shower and I had to make alterations bc it was too long . But dress was ok.

I found my dress on the first round on 11/24/18! My bridesmaids were there and my stylist was amazing, Iris at the Tacoma Mall Location. She was very attentive and determined to make sure I tried at least one of every style to make sure I wouldn't think "What If" in the future. Haha. She was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be asking for her for my next appt.

I booked an appointment to try on dresses at the David’s Bridal shop in Watford, UK after previously popping in to look at potential dresses for my wedding. The receptionist who served me on both occasions was really friendly and accommodating, she took time to help me out even when an appointment on the day wasn’t available (I didn’t get her name but she works on Sundays with blonde hair and glasses) When I did return for my fitting, Julie (the lady who fitted me) was amazing! She was so patient, very knowledgable and so kind - I felt really at ease despite being quite self conscious of my figure since having a baby months before. Ultimately, she made my experience so lovely that I was able to find the right dress for me which I’ve now purchased. I really hope Julie will be available when the dress arrives to help with the measurements - she was really fantastic!

Davids Bridal on Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida. Went in with my mother and was nervous about finding a dress that gave me that wow feeling, and my stylist Charity was amazing in making that happen! She was very professional and patient and willing to go the extra mile to make me feel like a beautiful bride. I walked out with a huge smile on my face and was very happy with our interaction!

Very disappointed!!! I found my absolute dream dress in the David’s bridal store in Watford. It was my first time looking for my dress so didn’t purchase straight away as it was over £1000 I thought I would wait a few weeks incase I did see something else but every dress I tried I compared to the dress at David’s. So last weekend I took 6 off my bridesmaids to try dresses and to buy my dress. They didn’t have my correct size as they had sold it an hour ago!! But I still went to buy my dress (was buying the bridesmaids at a later date once my last bridesmaid has tried one on) and behind the counter was the dress I wanted in my size. I asked if I could just try that on so I knew I was 100% and was going to buy it. Then the manager was so rude to me I was taken back. Instead politely saying it was a policy I couldn’t as someone had brought it she continued to be rude to me infront of my bridesmaids and other people in the store. She told she would order me one in but I will have to wait! The next day when I spoke to her to make sure the dress was in she continued to argue with me on the phone and be rude! Someone like her should not be a manager! I’ve never had a problem in the few times I’ve visited the store but she completely ruined my whole experience and I then found somewhere else to purchase my dress which isn’t my dream dress but I am happy with and I have to find somewhere else to get my 7 bridesmaids dresses from! I will never recommend this store to no one if that is how a bride to be gets spoken to!!

I tried a bridesmaid dress at David’s Bridal shop in New York and it looked perfect. Ordered it online and all I had was a very big disappointment. Different dress, Made in China, cheap and very far from my size. Not worth 200 $ which I payed, maybe less than 20 $. I won’t buy anymore David’s Bridal and will always tell anybody that it’s a very bad choice.

Test test test test

With only 3 weeks to go before my daughter's wedding, her dress is still not right. We should have realised way back when the store had ordered a US size 10 instead of a U.K. Size 10, that things would go badly wrong. They wouldn't accept that they had made this error and said that she had lost weight.....even with photographic evidence to show this just wasn't true....they would not accept that they had made a mistake. The manager was rude to my daughter. They would not re order the correct size and that meant that the dress had to be altered ....however the bodice is still gaping and there is apparently nothing that can be done about it. What should have been a delightful experience has been nothing of the sort....it's been a miserable one. I would not recommend this store and am sorry we didn't just shop elsewhere.
