In a word : our experience in this shop is a nightmare !!! The staff wasn't really helpful, and they were so many girls that you didn't really know who was taking care of you. We were four bridesmaid, wearing different sizes, and none of us was able to try the dress she chose in correct size or correct color, they only gave us substitute dresses : "similar" dress in correct color, or the dress in 2 sizes above to "imagine" how it would look like in the correct size. Difficult to choose in these conditions... When it was the turn of the bride, all they did was to put pressure for her to choose, and she finally found the one she wanted. However it was the beginning of the nightmare... When the bride received the dress, it was the wrong one !!! Wrong style and wrong size !!! It was one month and a half ago, and she still have no solutions ! They promised to send the correct dress last week but they didn't do it, and now they refuse to refund... My friend's wedding is in one month now, and she is still forced to call them again and again, to send lots of emails without any answer, and they don't give her a solution. How can she do ??? You just have to ask the staff in this shop how long they've been working there : for some of them it is one week, or one month... A shop, selling wedding dresses, with so much turnover can't be a serious shop ! I would definitely tell everybody to stay away from this shop, for such an important purchase with such an important amount the service is awful.

Stay away from this shop ! They messed up with the order of my sister’s wedding dress. She was supposed to received it on August 20th but they ordered the wrong dress in the wrong size ! They re-ordered the dress and now, the new arrival date is October 1st.. for a wedding on October 6th. They are unprofessional and customer service is very poor. When you send an email to express your anger and would like to have an update, the only response is a non-personalized email asking YOU to contact them by email to discuss further of the issue. She sent a lot of emails of course, but no réal answer or solutions offered. When you contact the store directly, manager says she has to call in America and will call you back. Of course nobody calls back. Seems like you have issues with committement !! We are talking about a wedding dress, not about a little dress for a saturday night party ! When you spend money in a dress, in the “biggest” bridal retailer, you expect to have a quality service. That’s not the case My sister is sick of you David’s Bridal ! You have no consideration for your customers. Still waiting for the phone call of yesterday from the manager, to have update about our request...

Beautiful dresses that deserve 5 stars But customer service of David’s Bridal is terrible ! I think when all goes well, it is great but when they mess up… they are unable to fix it efficiently ! I ordered my dress on March 2017 for a wedding on October 6th, 2017. Before my order, they told me the dress would arrive on August 20th at the latest. (of course I did all my wedding planning according to this information) On July 7th, I received an email saying that the dress arrived on store. I had my dress shipped to me. When I opened the box, it was the wrong dress (wrong brand and wrong size!!) I contacted the store directly, sent photos as requested I had to contact several times the customer service by phone and emails to get an answer about my situation. David’s Bridal sent UPS to take back my wrong dress and told me they re-ordered my dress. Before re-ordering my dress, they did not check when it will arrive on store. Problem is my dress is a special order as it is extra long, then it will take more time to arrive. One manager told me she would do the best to get it for August 20th Today, as I did not have news from them, I called and learnt that the dress will arrive on October 1st… For a wedding on October 6th This is a big joke, they cannot be serious !! That’s a BIG NO for me ! (of course, I had to call to have this information, otherwise, nobody would bother to contact me ) Then they offered to send me the dress in regular length for Tuesday August 22nd. BIG NO again ! If I ordered an extra length, it is because I am tall and will have heels with 8cm. What do they want me to do with a regular length !! They messed up twice with the order of my dress I really have the impress to be played around. Obviously my dress won’t arrive on August 20th as it was agreed TWICE, then I just want a full refund of the dress to go somewhere else. From the beginning of this issue, it was a DISASTER. Communication is very bad. EVERYTIME I had to call them to have update. Solutions offered are out of interest and unacceptable. Honestly they give the impress that they really don’t care and take problems not seriously Now I just want one thing, the full refund of my dress and end of story. Dresses are Cheap. Selection is small. Customer service is non-existent. Prices are fair for what they offer; which is not much.

Its nice but they didn't have the dress I wanted I'm supposed to be a flower-girl but there's no knee-Leigh puffy or fluff like light pink bottom with a Rhinestone top I didn't even care the price 😢 now I can't be matching my friends because they have their dresses in a different style but similar.Worst of all I can't even go there because I have school still and If I go there they still don't have what I want 😢.
