I visited the Plymouth Meeting, PA location for my wedding dress selection, and I had a very positive experience overall. One staff member was especially helpful and patient in assisting me compared with others. I am petite, and the dress I loved was a mermaid style, so I had some doubts even up until the day before my wedding. However, the seamstress at the location, who pinned the dress for me, did an excellent job. The alterations turned out beautifully. Although the person who completed the tailoring was not the most amicable, her work was truly commendable. I can confidently say that much of a dress’s beauty and fit comes from the hands of a skilled seamstress. I want to thank the entire team for helping make my wedding day so pleasant. Everyone appreciated the final look and told me I looked stunning!

I just came from a different horrific experience ordering bridesmaids' dresses from a different website. I figured I would leave a positive review. David's bridal shipped my dress in a weeks time and it was perfect. loved my dress and the quality was worth it.

This review is to appreciate Helen who was very patient with me both times I went in to try on dresses. She is on at the Sahara location in Las Vegas, NV if you go to David's Bridal I would request her because she helped me try on dresses and will help answer any questions you may have

I came into the David's Bridal store on University Drive NW in Huntsville, AL looking for a dress for our grandson's wedding in October. The two ladies behind the counter greeted us politely and Taylor helped me with finding just the right dress. Taylor was polite, professional and kind. It was an enjoyable experience and I'll recommend this store to my friends.

The girls were helpful and nice.

This was our second visit looking for bridesmaid dresses after the first visit was unpleasant and unsuccessful. We had Bene as our stylist this time round. She was great. She was really calm all the way through our appointment even when she was serving us and another party. She listened to what we wanted, gave us time to choose dresses and made suggestions based on what we said. It didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble and she did it all with a smile on her face. She made our experience feel how it should when choosing bridesmaids dresses and we ended up buying dresses, belts and shoes for the bridesmaids and maid of honour. Thank you Bene you redeemed my view of the store. I only didn’t give it a 5 because I feel like this should have been our experience from the first time round rather than having to make a complaint and then have another go.

Friday 13th May 2022 Westfield Stratford. Went in without an appointment to look at Mother of Bride dresses, I was told I could look and if I liked anything they would see if they have space in a fitting room. I found 6 I liked and we found a changing room and Zachary would be looking after me. Zachary was rushed off his feet with a large party of bridesmaids who were keeping him very busy, but he was incredibly helpful and found me the right sizes for some of my choices. He was very kind and found other dresses that he thought I might like. Only 4 stars because there is not a huge range of dresses in there for Mother of the Bride, also I think the dresses I could see were all the last of the ones they had in stock, so not many sizes to choose from, that said I did find one I really liked which I bought. There are lots on line but a very small section actually in the shop hence the 4 stars. Zachary though was absolutely brilliant, thank you, you made feel special and important.

Overall it was a good experience. The stylist helping us, Mihaela, was great, although she was juggling a few brides at the same time (due to others being off sick) so it didn’t make the experience feel as special and personal as I think it should be. Also, the layout of the store and the fitting rooms means there are loads of other strangers around and it’s not private at all. Having said that, Mihaela done her best and I left having bought my wedding dress, so thank you Mihaela! :)
