Avoid avoid avoid!!!
David’s bridal in Stratford, if only I had read the reviews first. I’m a firm believer of trying something yourself before judging it but I can honestly say I wish I hadn’t.
Appalling service in store, not having anything we wanted as ordering time is 18 weeks and then being promised things that never materialised. After my visit it only got worse. Dealing with so called management trying to get my dresses delivered to the correct place, which is something that should be very straight forward proved to be incredibly difficult. Management promising to call me back and not doing so and then when I called to speak to them, they were always busy and would call me back.....strangely enough it never happened!!! No customer care and they are only interested in taking your money and not bothered about anything else. I will ensure I never recommend David’s bridal. Planning a wedding is stressful enough but out of my 18 months planning, my experience here and with this company was without doubt the most stressful thing!!!

David's bridal in eugene Oregon is a…
David's bridal in eugene Oregon is a joke and they can not get their suff together. My fiance bought a dress from them back in February this year and it took the 3 months to get her dress that was supposed to be shipped to our home but it stayed at the store the entire time. Didn't get her dress till may and they didn't even have the bra that was to be with the dress. They only told her that they will have it very soon and after 3 months for waiting on it and calling several times they just now wanted to tell us that it's on back order and they will maybe be able to get it by the end of June. Our wedding is in July and they said maybe be able to get it,I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for anything at anytime. The worst place to do business with and will not be returning to them ever

Very very bad experience at Davis…
Very very bad experience at Davis Bridal. I booked an appointment to try bridesmaids dresses. My appointment was at 5.30, I arrived at 5.20 was told to take a sit. At 5.45 I asked if we were running late and was told to wait, they will call my name soon. At 6.10 they finally asked me what I was waiting for. I repeated that I was there for an appointment and they realised that they had given my appointment by mistake to someone else who didn’t have one. I had to wait other 15 minutes and finally was taken to the stock room to try my dress because there weren’t fitting rooms available. Mid appointment I was taken to a fitting room. Because of the mistake I was offered a £10 discount. I was told that the dress I liked would take 4 weeks to arrive. I left and said I would decide and ordered more than 4 weeks in advance. After a few weeks I decided to book. I called on a Thursday night and was told they would call me back. They didn’t. I called on Friday and was told tho call after 12. I called after 12 and was told they would call me back. They didn’t. I called on Saturday morning, they took my details and told me they would get a code from the US to have my dress delivered on time and then call me back. They called me back at 6.34. I missed the call so at 6.47 I started to call back. I called 5 times and nobody answered. I called on Sunday morning and they told me they had to get a different code because that was expired, but to go to the shop the next day because they were too busy to do it now. Also they told me that the £10 discount that was offered wasn’t applicable because I should have bought the dress the same day (nobody had mentioned that originally). I went into the shop on Monday evening and was told that the dress had been sold between Saturday and Monday so they won’t be able to deliver it before 18 weeks. I am left without a dress and they didn’t even offer a solution (e.i. Try another dress). Beyond disappointed

We recently went to David’s Bridal to shop for a low-budget wedding gown for our upcoming intimate beach ceremony. Not only was the shopping experience fun, thanks to Tasha, but the gown I left with is absolutely gorgeous! The size that I needed had to be ordered and it arrived to the store within 7 days of ordering. When I went back to pick it up, I found a gorgeous little “wedding brunch” dress that I also couldn’t leave without. Tasha, among the other ladies in the shop, were so fun to work with, answered all of our questions, had loads of patience with us, and made us feel completely comfortable during our shopping experience. I highly recommend David’s Bridal on Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem! So thankful for this experience and am so excited to marry my best friend on the beach in the beautiful gown they helped me choose.

My daughter had the most horrendous experience at David's Bridal Birmingham. The dress she picked was lovely but the customer service in the alterations department was diabolical. Firstly our appointment ran over an hour late with no apology, the appointment was rushed and not personal. Follow up appointment there were holes in the illusion net on the back. Third appointment, the dress was now 4 inches too small! No apologies, no owning up to mistakes, accused my daughter if putting on weight. I would avoid them at all costs or, if you like a dress, get it altered somewhere else professionally as David's Bridal is anything but.

Don’t use this horrible company!!
Online shopping is deceptive and worst customer service!! They cheaply use Bot text messages and unhelpful template email to avoid paying real humans to actually rectify their mistake. Sent wrong dresses in multiple boxes and I had to pay return shipping $60 and have to fight for refund

Hello BOLI
Hello BOLI. I am not usually one to share a negative experience as I am typically the overly optimistic one in my world, but I have to share this with you so that you might save yourself some aggravation. My bridesmaids found dresses that the liked online at David's Bridal so I went online and scheduled an appointment for all four of my ladies three weeks in advance. When we arrived, they were not prepared for us and gave us to a salesperson who was already taking care of another party. She was very nice for the 10 minutes we had her. We asked several people if they could find her for us after she left and nothing, no salesperson, no help, no follow up. I had to find the rest of the dresses on my own and help my girls in the fitting rooms. We could have walked out without buying a thing. The salesperson did eventually show back up, at the register to log her sale on a dress she didn't find for us.
That was not the worse part if you can believe it. That happened last week when I received a message on my cell from Bethany, the store manager stating that they have been unable to reach one of my bridesmaids and that her dress had been there for over seven days and if I did not call back that day (2 hours left until they closed) that the dress would be considered abandoned merchandise and would either be tossed or resold to someone else. I was so upset. If they had been having a hard time reaching her, why am I getting this call at the last possible moment? I called and the woman was rude, unapologetic and not helpful at all. I had to suggest mailing it to me to solve the problem. They didn't have my address in the system, even though I had provided all of my information when I scheduled the initial appointment. After that call I spoke to my bridesmaid who told me she had spoken to three separate people over the course of two weeks in an effort to get the dress shipped to her. She spoke to them before I did and they swore they had not heard from her at all. They could not get her address right which was where the problem stemmed from in the first place. The best part... the dress was already paid for.
In closing, their customer service is horrible and they cannot get anything straight. Their system for keeping track of appointments, contact information and logging discussions is terrible. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If I could put stars to rank them for our overall experience I would give them negative five stars.

A frown was turned upside down
My sister-n-law to be had an appointment at David Bridal's in Monroeville PA. Her first stylist was nonprofessional and it made what was suppose to be a good and fun experience horrible for not only the bride to be but all present. She was not finding any dresses that flattered her or made her feel special. Finally, her aunt could not take it anymore and asked for another stylist because we were going to leave.
Then we got Krislyn and in a matter of a few minutes 10 minutes she turned the appointment around. She found her a beautiful dress and veil. My sister-n-law's face just lit up and it was hard to get her to take the dress off. She has a couple more places to go but I think she may say "yes to the dress".
Krislyn is wonderful. She was able to turn a very bad situation around. I told her manager but she deserves a raise and recognition for her outstanding skills.
