Not even worth a star, absolute disgusting customer service. Spent more than my monies worth to take home a terribly altered dress which has damaged on it. This is not the first time I have given them the chance to rectify their incompetence as a national company, with no trust left leaving me with an excuse of a wedding dress that needs to be worn now 2 weeks before my wedding, I’ve had no other choice but to go elsewhere to fix my dress costing me more money! Customer services is also a joke as they are doing anything to not compensate or refund me considering that the alterations on the dress was not undertaken the first time and second time dress was left with damages. Honestly girls STAY away from this place, don’t be fooled but all the good reviews, I guess if their good there good and if they ain’t good you end up with a messed up dress a week or two before your big day and with them not being able to assist you, you will be taking a big risk! Proceed with caution

Extremely happy and satisfied with not only my wedding dress but with my alterations. Very reasonably priced and Maria was amazing to work with. Very sweet lady and very very talented at what she does. I trusted her with my dress and I definitely don’t regret that decision. She made me a very happy bride and I’m so excited to walk down the aisle in my dress!! Thank you Maria!!

I visited David’s Bridal on 28 May 2019 to look for bridesmaid dresses, I turned up without an appointment, but was able to make one for later in the day. Nothing was too much trouble, I really felt that they went out of their way to help me. There are so many lovely dresses to look at in every colour imaginable, my bridesmaids had a ball trying on different styles and colors, and with the help of the lovely Kate, we made a decision there and then on the style and colour. I was blown away by your excellent service, it was such a fun enjoyable afternoon and we all left so happy and excited for our big day. Jess was very helpful too processing our orders and making sure our beautiful dresses would arrive on time. I cannot thank you enough. I would definitely recommend you to any bride xxxx

This visit was for a mother of the bride dress. You guys are very unimpressive when it comes to something other than bridal gowns. When I got my dress, you catered to me like I was a queen. We come here for this (mother of the bride dress), and you're lucky that we found something my mom LOVED. Otherwise, I would've had no problem walking out the door and not making a single purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give you -10 stars, I would.

I recently bought my wedding dress and my bridesmaids wedding dress at David’s bridal at Hanes Point Shop Ctr, Winston Salem. The lady that did my alterations named Susan not sure about her last name, but she did an awesome job, she’s excellent and was really professional and does know what she’s doing even help me find the right kind of dress that fits my body so perfect! I love love my dress it fit so well and the length was Perfect 👌🏻I would highly recommend Susan to do alterations and help you find the dress you’re that your body type fits. I promise you would love her! Again Thank you Susan for making such a special dress for my special day♥️♥️♥️

Davids bridal- Watford Rude customer service and trying to get booked in for alterations to have them not answer the phone and one time to answer and straight away put the phone down, giving my money somewhere else... especially after seeing other bad reviews
