Awful full experience at the Birmingham UK store. I was lied to about my ability to get a refund when purchasing bridesmaids dresses. When I rang and spoke to the store manager she accused me of lying. I feel so disappointed and my experience is ruined!

Top tip, don’t order from David’s bridal. The problems I had are endless. They told me my wedding dress was in store, went to collect and they couldn’t find it, so created a story that it was faulty and it “had to be sent back.” The new reordered dress had stain on, which they said they will dry clean, and haven’t - (Terrible service, I don’t want a dry cleaned dress). Bridesmaids dress was supposed to arrive beginning of March, called August to ask where it was and they claimed it arrived in March, but nobody told me. The wedding is in 10 days time so asked for refund as we had to sourced dresses elsewhere and they told the manager would need to call me to authorise refund and she is busy so will take up to 4 weeks for her to call me and then she will decide if I can get a refund. This is not the first time I have heard bad experiences from this company, I should have known better. I’m seriously considering litigation against the firm.

Today I picked my flower girl dresses and mother of the bride. Evanna was such a big help getting dresses for the three of them. She made the experience great

Terrible customer service. I've been on tech support waiting for an hour since the last person spoke to me.... There's no updates on my order that was placed 9 days ago... just seeing online that everything's backdated... No email notification ..to advise of changes ..or warning nothing.. Waiting on messenger now someone said how can I help you and never came back... this is not a joke! As a customer I expect to be notified when shipments are behind. I expect information to be accurate so that I can plan my life and I do not find the service with David's bridal... Down to my very time being wasted to have to call you to inquire about it.... that's how I feel about David's bridal right now..more than one hour of back and forth blank hold times .my local store couldn't even assist me because I purchase my order online. Do not place your order online unless you check it frequently because my dates were pushed out 60 days on my order and nobody even emailed me!

Julie from Watford branch was an absolute star! I went in today to get my wedding outfit and was very unsure on what to expect. From the very first minute, she made me feel so comfortable and recommended some absolutely amazing dresses. I was very indecisive, stuck between my mum’s choice, mine and my friends and took hours! But throughout this whole experience, she remained calm, professional and was super patient with me. I did not expect to select my wedding dress on the very first day however Julie made everything possible. Thank you Julie for being such a delight and helping me for my biggest day!

I went to the Orange CT store a few weeks back to shop for my bridesmaid dresses. I did not realize we needed an appointment before going in but Patrice at the front desk was able to move people around and fit us in. She was our consultant for the day. I went in with my daughter, niece and mother to try on dresses. Patrice spoke to us to find out what we were looking for and got to work afterwards. she brought many a sample for them to try on until they found the dress that they liked. My daughter and niece picked their dresses and Patrice was there to order and make sure they would be in on time for my wedding 10/10/2020. Patrice is a great asset to the David's Bridal team. She made our appointment seamless. Being the bride-to-be I did not feel any stress with Patrice helping out. Mom needs her dress next and I will schedule Patrice for that day.

My experience with Madi (the sweetest person EVER) was incredible, it went above and beyond what I would ever expect at a wedding dress appointment. I felt like a complete princess, I am a really indecisive person so would never have imagined purchasing my dress on the same day! Going to David's Bridal was an afterthought as I have booked appointments at cute but pricey boutiques elsewhere. Now I am SO glad I did as I found my dream dress and the customer service in London Stratford Westfield could not have been any better! Madi made the experience so real and special, by even getting a flower crown and various veils to see it all together. She didn't rush me, she made me feel like she had all the time in the world and as I really didn't expect to find my dream dress here. I hadn't invited my bridal party (my sister came with me). She helped me video call them all and showed all 4 of them my dress from all angles so I was still able to have that amazing WOW this is the dress moment! I went for lunch to think over my decision and decided to go back to purchase the dress. I went back in ready to pay and even though Madi was on her lunch break she was so excited and happy for me that she wanted me to have the whole experience. So we put the dress back on again, she did a beautiful process of me saying yes to the dress while 3 other stylist/alteration people helped and recorded it where I rang the bell and everyone around me clapped and cheered. She told me to make a wish and blessed me, it was so moving it brought my sister and I to tears. Madi got atleast 4 other members of the team involved to give me advice and the alterations lady (I'm not sure of her name but she was so lovely) came up both times and told me a clear plan or what size I should go for, where would need to be altered and told me rough pricing on each area in advance. My experience was the first day that has really made me feel like a bride, despite all the madness ongoing in the world it has been hard to put the worry at the back of my mind. I would 100% recommend David's Bridal to truly feel like a bride, to feel special and to have the best day ever! Not to mention the dress is a complete bargain and I have an awkward body shape so was expecting to have to buy a really expensive dress/take ages to find one. I had my appointment at the Braehead branch with Chloe, she was amazing from start to finish. She was so accommodating and helped me find exactly what i was looking for - even after trying on several dresses. Chloe went that extra mile to find the perfect accessories to match my dress and along with other staff - made me feel really good about myself in the process. I Highly recommend going to David's bridal - the staff are so approachable and helpful & they have a broad range of dresses, you wont be disappointed.
