My name is Martha, I went to David’s Bridal in Lubbock Tx, my experience was awesome, Bonnie and Rebecca they helped me pick out my dresses and they made them to my size. They did it all in the exact time frame they told me. Highly recommend.

I went to David’s bridal and was quoted the wrong price for alteration. When I refuse the alteration services the lady ripped my dress trying to get it off. They were also horribly rude. If I could give a zero out of five stars I would. I spent one month trying to talk to corporate offices. They refused to let me return my dress but offered me a $50 payout. I also had to call them seven times to even address the concern. They are the most horrible customer service related people I have met.

This company is a waste of time with lack of customer service. My wife was sent to this location (2hrs away). They kept screwing around with my wife's dress. So far we have been back 5 times and still have not gotten the dress fixed. Do not waste you time with this company.

Our David's Bridal consultant Trinity A (7036186) was awesome. She went above and beyond to find my daughter the perfect prom dress and all the accessories and alterations. Never had better customer service!!

My experience at David's Bridal with Brianna M (7046446) was 5 star. She was an excellent hostess. Very courteous & professional seeing to our individual needs making it a fun experience. Thanks Brianna for being so kind.

This was my first experience with David’s Bridal and was a very pleasant one because for Brianna in your Deptford store. She was knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. Her personality is bubbly and a breath of fresh air in this day and time. You guys have a gem in her. Thanks Brianna for all your help.

Horrible and would absolutely not recommend DB to anyone. I ordered my dress in store February 2020. After the pandemic hit they advised me to check in occasionally. So, I called once a month to make sure it would be in on time, and each time they said it would be in by June 1st (wedding in late July) and that they would call me when it arrived. I waited, but eventually June 14th rolls around and was told it was a little behind but would definitely be in on time. By the beginning of July I started to panic a bit, so I called again and they said it wouldn’t be in until August. Now, I understand that things were nuts but I called multiple times to check in and they didn’t even bother to call me and let me know it wasn’t coming on time. Since it would arrive after the wedding I canceled the order and found a secondhand dress online. Our 10-person wedding went wonderfully. While I was on my honeymoon they called to say my dress had come in. They refused to issue me a refund unless I came into the store which I did not feel comfortable doing. Eventually my husband called and got a refund, but the whole thing was just ridiculous. Go somewhere else so that you don’t end up without a dress for your wedding.
