Terrible customer service! We received the dresses in the post and wasn't able to contact the store as it has been closed through covid-19. My dress still has the seems showing from the lining of the dress and doesn't look well made and is see through. I have just spoken to customer services and I'm not allowed to exchange the dress for a different dress as we're out of the 14 day exchange policy even though the store has been closed and she advised that I should sell it privately if I'm not happy with it which is disgraceful in my opinion. I was happy with the initial appointment but not happy with the quality and finish of the dress and now I have to find another dress in time for my sisters wedding. They didn't even offer to help amend the dress so the seems wernt showing so it was more presentable, will not be going here again.

I went to David’s Bridal at Westfield to get a dress altered for my mums wedding. All the staff were so lovely especially Ernie and Millie, they were so helpful and made me feel very special, thank you for making my experience amazing.

I went to David’s bridal in Stratford with my mum to get her dress for my wedding. The experience was so great. Shaz helped to guide us in the direction of dresses that mum would like, and was really helpful In terms of helping to narrow down the perfect dress for her. Reason for 4 stars , rather than 5, is the limited selection for plus size women. But overall the experience was great. Thanks Shaz & David’s bridal team!

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Sophia who helped me choose my prom dress which is amazing and Louise who helped us at checkout. Very good experience, would recommend highly!!

I visited as soon as lockdown restrictions were lifted and couldn’t have received a warmer or more professional welcoming. I was then introduced to Emma who was my bridal consultant and she couldn’t have been more helpful or lovely. I asked her millions of questions and she wasn’t phased in the slightest and helped me find my dream dress.

Last week I went to David’s bridal in Westbury to look around and see if I could find a dress for my son and future daughter-in-laws wedding. Lisa came up to me and asked if I had an appointment, I said no. She immediately said no problem, I can help you. I found 2 dresses she let me try them on. I was uncertain of which dress to pick. I asked her can I put them on hold, she said yes. The next day my daughter and I returned, chose the dress I will be wearing. Lisa was wonderful. My experience was very positive and would highly recommend David’s Bridal.

My sister and I went in February to get our dresses altered and her wedding date is THIS Saturday April 10, 2021. We were supposed to pick up our dresses FINISHED on March 26th but we had other things come up and had to change the date. When my sister called to change the date NOTHING was said about her dress not being completed, having pins fall out, or any other excuse why they did a horrible job on her dress. We went this past Saturday (April 3, 2021) to get our dresses and mine was still big on the top and my cup inserts were all messed up. They tried to fix the cups but whoever re-sewed them did a crap job, because they came undone and now I am just taking them out and wasted my money on them. My sister's dress was HORRIBLE. ALL of the pins were still in her dress and since pins fell out and they decided to still take her dress in, it was taken in TOO much! They also "forgot" to put down that she wanted a bustle on her dress. My sister paid over $400.00 for her dress to be altered which is RIDICULOUS! NOW my sister had to take time out of her day today to go and get her dress re-done and then was told all these excuses about the lady being out because of COVID, excuse me, there are more than 1 seamstresses at that store, they could have finished it, end of story. THEN they MADE my sister pay an EXTRA $130.oo for her bustle that she told them she wanted and she thought she paid for already. I CANNOT believe this is how this place treats their brides on their wedding week! My sister is already a ball of nerves and having to deal with planning her wedding up to the day of, now she has to deal with this! UNACCEPTABLE! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT DAVID'S BRIDAL AGAIN and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DAVID'S BRIDAL TO ANYONE! I would rather shop online or at a more expensive place in order to get better service and better alterations! They should not have said something about COVID because we had this issue on Saturday and we were not told this....sorry I am not buying it. They also should not have made my sister pay for extra stuff when she had it already in her order and had to go through all of this only 5 days before her wedding! I am DONE with this store! If I could give ZERO STARS... I WOULD!

I went to David’s Bridal in West Palm Beach, and Ross helped me find the perfect dress. Honestly it was the first time I walked in, and he was so energetic, and eager to help me what exactly what I needed. Because he was so efficient in his work, knowledge, and ability to understand my likes and dislikes for my wedding gown, I wound up ACTUALLY finding the right dress within a matter of under 1 hour. He also helped me understand what alterations may appear for the dress, helped me book my alteration appointment, and really took the time to help me find the right accessories to add to the dress. The dress I ultimately chose was one I didn’t even see! He found it for me, after hearing me about what my likes and dislikes are for a dress, he just knew. This man is a wonderful people listener, wonderful helper, so eager to help, and seriously so kind and nice. He made my experience with David’s Bridal a 5 star experience. I purchased my dress on the same visit, and couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Ross, you’re a true team player, a great helper, and thanks to you - my wedding will now be even more special because of the dress you found that fits EXACTLY what I wanted!!! :)
