If I could give a negative star I would!! Customer service by the manager at a store level is horrendous and the “case” managers at Corporate are just as bad!! It takes them a week or longer to call you back. They have the return policy set up so they are guaranteed the business because they don’t offer refunds after 7 days!! This company is a joke and are ripping people off!! No wonder they filed bankruptcy!! Do NOT buy from this company

Lovely Experience with Toni at Watford David's Bridal. Booked an appointment on line - hassle free. Toni made the experience special for my daughter when choosing her prom dress. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal in East Brunswick last night. My 18 year old was doing for a prom dress and my 14 year old was shopping for a semi-formal dress. Lauren Goodstein, one of the managers at that location helped us. She found 3 prom dresses right away and set my 18 year old up in a dressing room while she found a few items for my 14 year old to try on. We fell in love with dress #1. Lauren was very helpful with the entire process. Thank you Lauren - we say yes to the dress!!!

My stylist was Caitlyn at David's Bridal in Rochester, NY. Caitlyn is amazing! She was very patient, attentive and very friendly. I told Caitlyn the style of dress I was looking for and within 20 minutes in the Bridal Shop I had the dress I have been looking for! The dress fits perfect! She found me all the accessories I was looking for and I could't be happier for my wedding day! Thank you so much Caitlyn for all your help!!

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!! I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! They ruined my wedding dress by messing up my alterations and I had the worse customer experience! They filler out my alterations paperwork without asking me! On top of them messing up my alterations they didnt get all the wrinkles out of my dress! They said the room that they steamed in was dark and they couldnt see well! But I should invest in a hand held steamer!! Everytime I asked the girl to fix something she acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. I spent over $1000 between the dress and alterations and they only want to compensate me $126!!!! Pick any bridal company except Davids bridal! They are sloppy, unprofessional, inefficient, and their work is terrible! They do not care about their customers what so ever. Go somewhere else! I was in Champaign, il! And not to mention my wedding is in four days and ai am having to deal with being on the phone with this company!
