Im a plus size girl so i was hesitant to shop for a wedding dress but going into to David and bridal they were so welcoming and they concentrated on the dress i wanted not my size and wasn't pushing any dress u didn't want they told me to choose a dress any dress .they also have a many dresse to choose from and was very helpful even when trying the dress special thank to dayana.

I absolutely loved my recent experience of buying a wedding dress at Davids Bridal in Rochester NY. Elise who assisted in finding my dress did a wonderful job and was incredibly knowledgable. I ended up picking the dress she first suggested for me to try - LOVE IT - and wouldn't have looked at it had she not recommended. Olympiada Zhurnist, was my alterations manager and she went above and beyond to assist me quickly and even make adjustments while I was at the store so I didn't have to come back for additional appointments. I wold recommend her to everyone for alterations as she is very professional and extremely skilled in her field. I've also bought several bridesmaid dresses for other weddings from the same location in South Town plaza and they have always made the process easy and efficient. My name is Alice McGowan and I would like to express my experience at David's Bridal shop in Lawrenceville, N.J. We were assisted by Shakira Fox(Operations Manager) she was very positive, knowledgeable and had a good personality. She took her time with the Bridal Party of Kyra Barksdale and assisted us with different dress styles for us to try. This was a first experience for me and I enjoyed it very much. She assisted with all of the dress fittings and measurements. She was Wonderful. Thank You Shakira Fox

Visited the Columbus, Ga, Store and was helped by Tori. She was a blessing. Extremely Patient and helpful even though things were not able to go as originally planned due to time allotment. She gave us alternatives and helped us over the rough patches and when we left, we all felt like she was a true joy to have worked with. Thank you so much Tori!

I went to David bridal looking for a prom dress I knew what I wanted for the most part a red sparkly dress I knew it would not be that hard to fine my friend had gone to David bridal the week prior to me and going she got amazing service had a girl with her the whole time who helped her threw evrything. This is why I decided to go here, I had horrible service there was 6 employees there and 2 other dress shoppers there is no reason I should not have been able to get help. I had 3 different girls stop in and see how I was doing for each one I had different questions and none of them got answered. I was waiting for help with shoes and I had talked 2 4 of the girls for help with shoes 1 of them stoped by 30 minutes later and asked what I was looking for a I didn’t know what size j needed and we started looking then she said I will let you continue looking and provided no help. When I went the pay they told me to sign up for rewards it took 20 minutes to get threw it all. Once I was done she didn’t even put on the 20% off overall I had horrible service the only thing I was happy with was the dress I found alone.

I had a great experience with the David's Bridal at 4503 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609. I called this location to see if they had a particular Bridesmaid dress in stock. I spoke to Jennifer who was so patient and accomodating. Within 5 minutes, she located the dress I was looking for and put it on hold for me for two days until I could get in to have a fitting. I also spoke to Lisa in alterations who also was so kind and accomodating. She scheduled me right away for a fitting for tomorrow morning 3/6 first thing. I haven't had a very good experience with David's Bridal to start out with at a different location, but my experience with this Tampa location was on point and put my fears to rest. I will recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Still to receive the goods or a refund despite having paid in full and being promised collection with 1 - 2 weeks...11 months and counting.

If you’re looking for great customer service David’s Bridal is not for you. I spent a lot of money and needed to return an item under $80 and it was next to impossible!  They had every opportunity to make the customer happy and choose to be very aweful. I will not recommend David’s Bridal for customer service the manager was very rude! It’s a thumb me down for me! But I do recommend their alterations department Hae Young  does a fantastic job!
