Watford Store - Lovely staff and Service! I visited the Watford store today to pick out a hostess dress for a wedding in August. I may as well have been a bride the way I was treated. The staff were so lovely! And despite a drama when I fell in love with a dress they couldn't get in the colour I needed I ended up getting one that I loved just as much (if not more!) Sharon was my consultant and she did a lovely job! I tried on so many dresses! Sharon put me at ease straight away, I am normally a girl who lives in jeans, she guided me through dress choice and gave me her honest opinion on what would suit me. I was encouraged to take my time and she was so patient as I went back and forth between which dresses could be an option. Lovely service! Can't wait to pop in and pick up my dress!

Very thankful for the exemplary service we received choosing my daughters dream Prom dress. Special thanks to our Stylist, Shkendie as well as Asta, they made my daughter feel super special whilst sharing their professional advice, both were exceptional and wonderful. Would also like to highlight the service provided by Ernie, he attended to my daughter when we returned to try on the dress following minor alterations. Ernie, being a man was mindful and very respectful in his approach towards my daughter, he also shared useful tips & tricks on how best to get into the dress. Huge thanks to Natalie who following a mix up, quickly resolved things in store. Lastly, would like to extend our appreciation to all the staff who attended to us in one way or another from the Receptionist, Shazna and Elizabeth! David’s Bridal in Stratford shopping village was my daughter’s first appointment. This was a day we had been very much looking forward to and had no pre conceived ideas. We were asked to arrive early and then stood watching the staff who stood around inside the store. Finally they opened the doors and we made it inside 5 mins late! We were allotted a stylist who told us to find 3 dresses and that was basically it!!! The dressing rooms are little bigger than a cupboard and our fitter even closed the door on my daughters head. He ignored our choices and proceeded to try and persuade us into a dress that was clearly not suitable. This all whilst reminding us that time was of the essence and we were nearly done. In short the dresses were made of below par materials and did not resemble the online images. We had roughly 1 and a quarter hours to try - less in reality, and a very poor experience. There was no feeling whatsoever that we were valued customers- just a bunch of sales staff who wanted to sell their cheap goods with pained grimaces not reaching their eyes. Horrendous and upsetting experience. As we were leaving Our “fitter” mentioned us leaving a review about our great experience? This is my calm and measured response. Appalling shop and badly trained staff with cheap goods that anyone can source online for a fraction of the price.

Abigail at Market Pointe II @ Spokane Valley Mall helped my niece with her bridal dress selection experience. She was so helpful, skilled, and fun...and I could tell she loved her job. She did a great job and this auntie appreciates it! Thank you, Abigail!

Today I was helped by Julie who was fantastic. At what I though was going to be a stressful experience julie made me feel at ease and found some excellent options for me to try on and made my whole experience seamless. I found my perfect dress and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Visited David's bridal in Watford today and was helped by the lovely Lauren, we found an absolutely beautiful dress for my daughter's prom, Lauren was so helpful and attentive, going that extra mile to help. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

As the Mother of the Bride I wanted the occasion of choosing my daughters wedding dress to be special, and David’s Bridal did not disappoint! From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted by wonderful staff who were attentive and friendly! It was obvious that they want the bride to find ‘the one’ and pulled out all the stops. My daughter found ‘the one’ after trying on just 5 dresses thanks to the help of Lauren (Birmingham). An amazing occasion, thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you!
