My bridesmaids and I planned our appointment back in Feb. 2021. We go in today (8/2/21) I gave the woman who was helping us my budget. She shown us the dresses and explained the different sections. It was explained to me that you pull out dresses you like so the associates could pull them for me. When I went back with the associate to show her the dresses I liked someone put them back and I couldn't remember where they were. After spending just over an hour and 10 dresses later I found the one I loved. My problem was the dress I kept going back too was just over double my budget plan. There were 2 other bride-to-be also trying on dresses and 4 associates working. There was no communication at all. They spoke with the manager who was also helping pull dresses and offered 20% off the dress I picked or we could start over. I told them no and that we just waisted an hour and I was not going to start over.

Dresss was brought in for alterations June 1st. Collection due July 16th but wasn't ready. I later discovered the alterations were messed up and then left until the week before the wedding. We were back and forth for constant alterations and it wasn't ready until the day before the wedding. I raised a complaint on July 23rd with the manager who claimed she would call on August 2nd (today) but no call received. Tried calling the store with no answer from customer services or alterations team. A lady called Thu worked to rectify issues but the whole process and customer service was extremely poor. I'm sure I'm not the first customer to feel this way. Disappointing overrated store. Look elsewhere for a wedding dress.

Ordered me the wrong size dress (10 USA not Uk) twice and then had to choose another dress as it was discontinued whilst they had been ordering the wrong one. Then sent me apt to collect my dress but then hadn't done any of the alterations that it needed so now have 2 weeks till my wedding and still no dress. 😱 Update 9 days till the wedding. Was meant to get a call from store Monday its now Wednesday and still no contact 🤷‍♀️dress was meant to be being delivered but I now have to go and collect it. Don't even want the dress now it feels tainted and ruined. AVOID AT ALL COST

Jacelyn at the Little Rock location was fabulous!!!!!! She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Watford store alterations. We are very unhappy with the service that we received from the alterations department. We paid £145 up front, The wear date was 15th July after many cancelations we finally picked up the dress that was not ready for 16:30 appointment at 18:50 on the 27th July, Our original appointment was Sunday 4th July, This was cancelled as we were driving down the M40. Next appointment was on the 10th of July, we called in advance several times dress not ready. New appointment 27th (twelve days after the Prom date) we found the dress not up to standard, as the lining was longer than the dress and it had not been pressed.

I was able to find my wedding dress at David's Bridal - staff at the London branch were helpful. After the dress was bought, it was shipped to me due to the pandemic as shops closed. However, once shops opened up again, I was not offered fitting services, which had been promised previously to allow a bespoke fit. I had to spend extra on alteration services which included sewing down some parts which had never been sewn on due to not having a fitting opportunity. I was told that there would be no fitting services from David's Bridal. Text on fitting services were also vague on the website.

Dress ordered: 26W, champagne colour. Dress delivered: 52W!!! Ivory colour Trivialised my issue and made me feel inferior, on the most expensive and important item of clothing I will ever buy.

Absolutely awful customer service. I bought two dresses, plus my bridal gown from David's Bridal. They have rescheduled alterations appointments countless times, and when I went to try on the dresses, they had forgotten to sew one side of a dress, and the straps for another dress. They have now said my bridal dress will not be ready again (delayed for the second time), and I have already taken time off work and travelled an hour to get to the store. They leave altering your dress until the week of your wedding. Avoid at all costs.
