We had the pleasure of being assisted by Lydia on the day we went into their Birmingham Store. My daughters wedding was quite close and she had not found anything that she was sure of so we decided to go round all the bridal shops close to us and see which dress would suit. Fortunately for us Davids Bridal was the first one we went to and we were greeted by Lydia. Her welcome was genuinely warm and so was her sincerity and excitement for my daughter. Lydia was able to make a nervous bride feel comfortable, less worried and was able to make what was meant to be a quick look very special. She was able to accommodate us, my daughters taste and gave excellent advise; you could tell she loves her job and has knowledge of the designs and which dresses would be suitable for individual shapes. I was amazed by how relaxed and fun she made what could have been a stressful situation, how she was able to judge when to step in with suggestions or advice and when to leave us to our own devices. The amount of times she went backwards and forwards with dresses, pegged, adjusted, styled and answered questions with a sunny disposition made us feel like we had come to the right place and she knew exactly what she was doing. The dresses are beautiful here. It was not really a hard decision for us as we had both really fallen in love with the first one we saw but as Mother of the Bride I had to make sure the bride chose what she wanted and was comfortable in. Lydia was happy to bring out all the dresses for is to try and additional ones when we asked for recommendations. We ended up going with the first one. It was nice to feel that someone else was focused on my daughter as an individual and wanted her to have the best for her day. Thank you.

Got there early,got greeted properly fast Awsome staff! Friendly and very helpful! Found my dress in 30 minutes and it wasn’t even what I thought I would wear! Thanks 😊

For my daughter's school prom we visited the Stratford Westfield branch for a dress. The sales staff were very helpful and professional and helped us make a good choice of dress. The big mistake was to have David's Bridal carry out the alterations to the dress. Had a fitting appointment were all the required alterations were documented. After a four week wait we returned to have final fitting to find half of the required alterations were not done and work done was of poor quality. On expressing our concerns we were informed that it would be another two weeks to correct the dress. In frustration and lost confidence in David's Bridal alterations have now had to take dress to another dressmaker to try and correct the horrible mistakes that have been made by David's Bridal.

Terrible customer experience trying to return a prom dress bought 2 weeks ago at your Watford Store - turns out it’s ‘ discontinued ‘ no wonder the assistant tried so hard to push it on us - no attempt to be compassionate about the situation or offer any help just sneering from 3 assistants who were standing around doing nothing with one of them Saying ‘ sorry ‘ in a fake manner . Well I’m sorry too - sorry I ever considered your store for such a special Occasion in my daughters life . Absolutely appalled at the lack of service , lack of compassion and cold sneering attitude

I had Kim today for my wedding dress fitting, first time and she was amazing. Bent over backwards for me. I said yes to the dress after the 4th dress!! So happy, thank you David’s xx

Went to S Burlington, V store for measurements for suit. Person who did the measuring did in the front doorway. Never filled in card just scribbled numbers on it. No measurements for shirt.

I attended my David's Bridal appointment in Birmingham UK yesterday with my mother and siblings to choose a wedding dress. Even though I decided to wait until the last 2 months before my wedding to choose my dress, Lydia was so helpful with her recommendations and explaining the options that were available to me. She was funny and so lovely to be around, we all had such an amazing time there. I found the dream dress I had been hoping for, and walked away from the store feeling so elated. I particularly want to point out how happy I am with how respectful Lydia and the other staff were regarding the requests I made. As I am a muslim woman, for modesty reasons I need a private area with no men around to try on dresses. Lydia went above and beyond to provide that and did not make me feel like a bother at all. She is definitely an asset to the company and I cannot explain how pleased I am, thank you :)

I recently visited David's Bridal in Brookfield. It was an Absolutely AMAZING experience. Faith, the associate that assisted me with the overall experience, was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, but most importantly, she expressed a genuine interest in my event. Faith respected my thoughts and provided a variety of dress options. The store itself was clean and organized well and provided an overall warm atmosphere. Thank you David's Bridal for bringing a complete customer experience. I will definitely recommend the Brookfield location to my friends and family for future events and weddings.
