I was assisted by Bethany in the Birmingham, UK store. She was lovely and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to find bridesmaid dresses.

First and formost i was hesitant to come there in the first place based on reviews from friends and things I read on line, but I went out on a limb and gave it a chance. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to my 7:30 appointment time BC a few of my bridesmaid were with me so they wanted to browse. The guest whom appointment was before mine were still browsing and they person helping them was so pleasant and patient I thought maybe it won't be so bad after all. Boy was I wrong. When ot became time for my appointment. The older lately seemed to be either tired of just plain didn't want to assist in my dress making decision. About 15 minutes into it she stated, " you need to pick something so we can get you in one of these dresses!" I really saw nothing that actually wowed me ans then I finally found one dress not necessary that I like but the style I was going for ....... wasn't in my size. I found a second one it too wasn't in my size. I found 2 more......finally my size or at least that's what they said. One was the other 4x bigger than I needed. It was a lady that was there trying on dress when I got there that was still there when I started she was offered veils and accessories......not me. I will never go to that location again and its really put a nasty taste in my mouth about David's Bridal as a whole. Now o understand what my friends were talking about......That 1 thing we all have in common....not that we do or don't have money but we are BLACK! Never again! Absolutely never!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted. My dress has been with the Watford branch since the 15th July. My alterations appointment has now been cancelled twice. My wedding is next weekend. AVOID at all costs I’m so annoyed and they don’t care. I will be contacting trading standards

after looking everywhere, including online I went to David's Bridal in a desperate situation and I FOUND a gorgeous evening dress. The customer service was great. The consultant that helped me was LIZ, she was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She addressed by my name every time she spoke to me, she helped we with the complete outfit. Thank you so much LIZ--you were awesome.

I purchased a dress online and followed all the measurement requirements. Unfortunately it was too small. I returned it on August 3, 2021. It was received by David’s bridal on August 6, 2021. I’ve been waiting for my refund for two weeks and still have not received. When I reached out to them they all of a sudden said that it was received on August 17, 2021. They are ridiculous. They lie! They can’t back anything they say up. What an awful experience. I will never go there again.

I went to the UK, Stratford branch and can say it was a very hot and cold experience, It was extremely busy and I found it hard to concentrate on any of the dresses I was looking at and while my stylist was helpful choosing styles I was interested in towards the end. I felt the exposed area of the shared "try on" area was less personal for the bride in question. While I did try on dresses that were nice, I store overall has a "discount sale" vibe which is really upsetting when shopping for such a special dress for the bride. The prices were all over the place and it is hard to gauge if budget is important, the prices were roughly from (£400 - £2,500), dependent on the style and detail. Plain and less detailed dresses are usually cheaper. I was happy this was not my first experience dress shopping as I would have been very overwhelmed and probably quite upset.

I went to David's bridal shop in braehead Glasgow last year,picked our dresses three bridesmaids and my wedding dress paid for them . On the 26th June 2021 we were to go for alterations Michelle was the one who was doing the fittings. On the 22nd July we were asked to go and try dresses at shop,my daughter's dress was all puckered at bust and wasn't sitting nice at neck one of the alterations said I will fix that within the hour that was fine ,I tried on my wedding dress it was just a shambles nothing was right .I was so upset I started to cry one of the alterations staff said if u come back at seven o'clock that night I will have it fixed . I returned at seven it still wasn't right at the they gave me double sided tape to put on my dress to keep it lying flat at front of dress and I had enough and left . It was two days later I thought why should I pay for shoddy workmanship and I phoned them they asked if I could come back to shop I told them I'm going away in two days to go north and get married I couldn't get up to shop I was told by the alterations manager I should have never been allowed to leave shop in first instance especially with double sided tape . I went up north to get up married its supposed to be a very special day and it wasn't my dress was just horrible it was all gaping wasn't sitting right . I phoned them today the 12th August I told them how upset I was on my wedding day when it should have been special I absolutely hate the dress all the dresses were Vera Wang ,Rachel who I spoke to said could I come to shop to let them see the dress,I explained to her I didn't drive I would have to come on bus ,I said all I want is some compensation for all your mistakes . Just to let you understand I'm 62 first time married to my partner of twenty eight years it was again supposed to be very special and it wasn't I'm so upset .

I came in to David's bridal for my alterations appointment, I was supposed to only have one dress, but I had come in a bought a second dress for my reception. The alterations staff was Amazing!!! They were incredibly helpful, and made me feel like a princess!! I can't thank the alterations staff enough for making my wedding dreams come to life!
