went to the Manhattan west 25th street store. what a pleasant experience. the girls were all so thoughtful and helpful especially Natalie who helped me tremendously and I walked out with a great dress for my brother's wedding. I give Natalie 5 Stars!!! she picked shoes and all. highly recommend her!

Went for Bridesmaid’s shopping! The Stylist - Rachel McG - was so fantastic and accommodating, so patient and chatty. And somehow happy to put up with 9 bridesmaids! Honestly lovely service!

Visited the Braehead store for my prom dress and Julie was very helpful and kind. She made the experience very good and highly recommend!

Visited the Watford store this after with my bridal party looking for 5 bridesmaids dresses all a variety of ages from 11-40 Our assistant Toni was absolutely amazing from start to finish she made the who experience so enjoyable the little personal touches of there names on the changing door She actually knows her job so well she picked something the girls didn’t pick and said for them to try them on within our hr time frame all 5 girls had there dresses she was very attentive and made the whole experience so enjoyable has has all laughing and the girls rang the bell which made my younger bridesmaid feel so special If you ever visit Watford store and get Toni your going to love your time there I’d highly advice her to pick those dresses 🤣

Didn’t like my experience. I bought my dress a week and 3 days ago. They had to order my dress so it wouldn’t be here until the 14th of December. I called today to see about a refund and was told it’s past the “7 days” even though they were closed for holidays. And even tho I haven’t even received my dress.

I went to Davids bridal to buy accessories, shoes and a purse; am MOG for a May wedding. Both had to be ordered on-line by the associate at the store. the purse was not in the store so I could NOT see if the color matched with my dress (I had brought dress to the store). It was ordered 11/3 and arrival estimate was 11/13. I asked the associate if the 7 day return policy was from 11/13 and I was told yes. Items came in and purse did not match and store manager said I could not get a refund it was past 7 days. It look 10 days to ship!!!! If I had ordered it on-line myself would not the policy be 10 days from my receipt of the item. I am so unhappy! Will never go back to Davids bridals again. I can return to Amazon or Macys etc with no trouble at all but NOT TO DAVID's. I am incensed

Sophia again has been truly amazing with her alterations she is fantastic patient and made me feel so welcome and nothing is to much trouble . Suzie was also very helpful with my dress fitting . Thank you so much 😍x
