I dreaded going in to try on dresses. However, Olivia at Sioux City's location made it so easy and even enjoyable. I tried on many styles and found my perfect dress! It even has pockets!

The staff at the Langley, BC location are amazing. It was just my mum and I. We were warmly greeted from when we walked in until we left. Warm atmosphere, staff was very helpful and genuine with me helping me find the dress of my dreams. Sarah was the one who was helping me and she is amazing beyond words. I did not feel any pressure to buy. When I walked in, I was there to look around, try on some dresses. Didn't think I would find the dress of my dreams but I did. Sarah brought out three vails and my eyes fell in love with a gorgeous vail that had a thin line of bling going around the lining and was waist high. She was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable in her field. When I said YES to the Dress; David's Bridal has a wonderful bell ringing tradition. I'm going back in one month to do bridesmaid dresses. I hope I get Sarah again because she is just amazing! If you are looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid or even Mother of the Bride or Groom - David's Bridal is the way to go!

Katie was an absolute gem from start to finish. With her help and great attention to detail my friend said YES to the DRESS! roll on the wedding day.

Visited the Birmingham store today, our bridal consultant Georgette could not have been more professional and helpful. A very personable young lady who took a genuine interest in the bride to be and us her family. Very skilled in making the experience a special occasion.

Do not shop at David's Bridal if you are expecting assistance with your sizing and selection, or if you want quality products. I was rushed thru a booked appointment having to choose my own dresses to try on when I didn't know what size would be appropriate. Therefore, everything I tried didn't fit or suit my body type and was a total disaster. I ended up ordering a dress that my mother had tried on in a size that I hoped would work and when it shipped to my home it was ripped, stained and had a pull in it!!! This is after I requested that the store associate look it over carefully as it was coming from a location far from my home and I couldn't go there in person and she assured me "it was perfect". I have never been so dissastisfied with customer service or a purchase at this price point in my life and I will never recommend or shop at David's Bridal again.

Leanne at David’s Bridal in Birmingham UK has been excellent! We had a problem ordering a bridesmaid dress from the US due to a problem at their end. Leanne’s persistence over several months, her good humour and general customer service skills have been second to none, and have allowed us to finally resolve the issue. I couldn’t recommend David’s Bridal enough! I went to the Birmingham store to find my wedding dress and all the staff were amazing - they made me and my guests feel so welcome and made the whole experience so special! In particular, we were very lucky to have an appointment with Kate who was absolutely brilliant - she made me feel so comfortable, knew the answers to all our questions and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision! She definitely made the experience extra special! I can’t wait to go back with all my bridesmaids for another appointment

David’s Bridal Braehead, Glasgow I have now been in this store three times and each time was a lovely experience. I bought my wedding dress and my 6 year old daughters flower girl dress and I am delighted with my purchases. Staff were all amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.
