David’s bridal has beautiful dresses but the people attending the brides are rude and try to rush brides through the process. When I went to get my dress there, I was attended by a younger girl that seemed to be more interested in getting more money through getting more customers than by selling a quality customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go here if they want to feel special. Overall horrible experience. If it wasn’t because I loved my dress, I would have given them a zero on this review.

Staff was friendly and very professional. Loved the selection of dresses. The stylist took their time and the managers were very helpful in assisting everyone. This was a very emotional process but they kept me and my party on track and I found the perfect dress for my wedding. Thank you to the staff at Davids Bridal on Atlantic Blvd Jax Fl

Spent hundreds of pounds on a dress only for the store to order a size way too big for me and then refusing to take it back. Biggest scam out there and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I am now left feeling uncomfortable and upset over my dress which I'm gonna have to spend a lot more money on just to fit into it

Absolute bunch of unhelpful and unfriendly people. My dress was sent to me in a box and when I opened it the dress was vacuum packed! After being packed in plastic for goodness knows how long moisture had got behind all the beads and ruined them. The flowers were also water marked. I cannot tell you how many times they fobbed me off, told me they would get it fixed, made appointments then said no-one could see me. It went on and on and is still going on. They made the experience a nightmare. Terrible awful people.

Llegue no sabiendo que necesitada cita previa y desesperada porque ese fin de semana era mi boda apenas era Lunes, pueden imaginar mi desesperación ya que había pedido mi vestido en otro lugar y nunca fue recibido fue una estafa. Allí fui atendida por Marialba Robles le explique y mi situación y fui atendida de inmediato con una cortesía por parte de Robles y de más empleadas única. Para ser mi historia corta obtuve mi vestido pero más eso obtuve una paz y confianza por parte de cada uno de los allí empleados. Excelente SERVICIO TRATO HAMABILIDAD CORTESÍA Y CORDIALIDAD recibí desde la llegada hasta mi partida. Totalmente complacida, satisfecha y más.

I went to the David's Bridal store in Rapid City, South Dakota. I was warmly greeted by Kelsey and my personal stylist, Maddy. She was warm, sweet, very professional and caring towards my ideas of a wedding dress for my 2nd marriage. We both picked out a satin and lace wedding dress and both said "I think this is THE ONE"!!!🥰. Of course, it was. I hugged her and cried. As I was checking out, she informed me that I was her first Bride she got to style...Wait, what?🤔🥰. She is beyond amazing...Go see her and the incredible staff in Rapid City, SD...Love you guys❤💋🥳🥰

David's Bridal - Westfield Stratford - London UK. I ordered a bridesmaid's dress for my daughter this summer (2021) for a wedding in Autumn 2022. First comment, the front of house staff were not that friendly. Secondly, when the fitter measured my daughter she said because the wedding was in a years time that she would leave some additional material to adjust and we could book in an alterations appointment 3 months before the wedding. When the dress was ready to collect (after taking 15 minutes to find the order on the system, despite my providing them with the receipt and email), we were asked to check the dress and sign that it was as expected. I asked if my daughter could try it on. The answer was a firm no. It had to be tried on at home and we could book to come back in if it required any immediate alterations and it had to be done within 10 days of receipt of the email that the dress was ready for collection. Also, we had to purchase the bag to take the dress home in! When the dress was tried on at home, the length was over 1 foot too long! I called and booked an appointment to go in the following week. We were asked by the alterations team the shoe height. We were not sure yet, so informed we would need to find out and come back. The bodice did not fit AT ALL (i.e. would need a lot of adjustment). I booked in another appointment to be informed that all alterations were chargeable. This was not communicated when we purchased the dress and very misleadingly "sold" as part of the package. For example, why did the fitter not ask about the shoe height at the outset and measure it to be over 1 foot too long. When I asked for an estimate for the overall alterations, they came to nearly the same price as the dress itself. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed at the misleading sale and lack of clarity on alterations. If I could rate the experience as a zero I would.

Tracey was a great help to me choosing a dress for my son’s wedding ,nothing was a bother to her . I would definitely recommend David’s Bridal all the staff were friendly and welcoming .
