The sales team does great pushing the product and the dresses looks good. But let’s talk about alterations. They charge crazy amount of money for alterations at a minimum your spending 200 dollars to cut the dress cause it is always too long. They shipped the wrong sleeves, too big, and refuse to return money or make it right. Stating we don’t have it in store. Then make it right. Find it elsewhere. The veil just arrive a few days ago at the store and they won’t let me return it because they only accept returns 7 days from purchase. However, it just arrived and it was my first time really seeing how it would look like altogether. They give half truths. And try to squeeze every penny from you.

I attended my appt on Mar 12 at 1:30 and was Jadayah G was assigned as my bridal stylist. She was very sweet, pleasant, comical, kind, patient, honest, patient, & very helpful. I was even given the opportunity to try on various accessories which played a part in helping me say YES to the dress:). She was very informative and knowledgeable as she displayed her expertise in my experience of becoming a bride. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. I would recommend all new brides to work with Jadayah. She is excellent at what she does and she's a beautiful young lady. I attended my first ever appointment at David's bridal at Braehead in Glasgow. It was quite overwhelming to start with as I had no idea what would suit me but Elisabeth who was my stylist was really good at putting me at ease and also getting me to try on different shapes. The appointment was really successful and I managed to narrow it down to two shapes. I will be back for a second appointment and try on more dresses in those two shapes to decide on a dress and I hope Elisabeth will be my stylist again. I have taken one star off as when I went round the shop after my appointment I seen a dress that I would have loved to try on but it was hidden away in the flower girls section. So a bit disappointed by that but will be trying it on next time.

I bought my dress from the shop in Braehead, and I can say the service I received was probably the best I’ve ever had, the full team were amazing, massive praise to Amy who went above and beyond to help me chose my dream dress, nothing was a bother and the level of professionalism was outstanding, Amy was truly a lovely girl with a real passion for David’s bridal and they are very lucky to have her as part of their team. I had a few issues down to my own doing, Amy sorted it for me and I can’t thank her enough. Great shop, great staff and I absolutely love my dress.

David’s Bridal return policy is the worst! They had to order a dress for me because the one they had was a size too big. The dress arrived about 2 weeks later and was too small. I tried to return the dress but was told it was outside the 7 day window, they start counting from the day it was ordered! I was told I could get another dress which wouldn’t work because the dresses don’t fit me, or I could get a store credit (good for 60 days), I have no need for a $250.00 bridal store credit (especially with such a short time to use). I’m hoping my daughter in law to be can use the credit, although I’m not sure what she’d buy, the merchandise choices are slim and they only allow in store credit, can’t order online. Very disappointed, I will dissuade others from using this shop.

Everything is great about the company, they have a nice selection. The only complaints I have are that the return window is WAY too soon. They should let you return the dresses ( unworn with tags of course) within 30 days not 7! The quality is ok, but one more thing I would like to mention, is that we had my friends( the bride) pick out bridesmaid dresses and they were not available for everyone. They should make it a point to have you write which party you are in, and for who, so that they will have all the sizes we need before it causes a huge hassle, of returning .

Let me first start by saying that I am currently on my honeymoon, but I had to take a moment to rave about Mrs. Dorothy at David's Bridal in Columbus, GA. She had to shorten my gown, not once, but twice. She was so kind and professional, and always reassured me that my dress would be ready on time and perfect. She made good on that promise. The last alteration was done just one week before my wedding. Of course I was worried but as it turned out, I had no reason to be. Mrs. Dorothy completed the alterations in just one day! If anyone has to have alterations, rest easy knowing that Mrs. Dorothy is a MIRACLE WORKER. She won't let you down. Mrs. Dorothy, you made my dress perfect and I can't thank you enough.

Received great service at the Braehead store. My daughter was looking for a bridesmaid dress and our first time going to the shop was without an appointment but nothing was too much trouble for our stylist Niamh. After having a think about the dress we made an appointment a few days later to finally order the dress and requested Niamh. Again she was great - very friendly, knowledgable and patient!! The store has absolutely stunning gowns and accessories with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
