Amazing experience and we were made to feel very special by Kristin. She was very professional and couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was so lovely and approachable and knew exactly what we were looking for, so much so we went with one of the first dresses she chose which was gorgeous. Thanks so much to Kris and David’s Bridal for all of your help!! Amanda (Alanah’s girls) xx 💋

The Dresses were in terrible quality and condition for buying off the wrack with manager not willing to give more than 10% off for faults. We were prepared to take them as we needed dresses quickly. They had makeup stains on them, they were bobbled and they smelt. Very Disappointed in the overall service of management at the shop. Carla who took us for our appointment was amazing and really went out her way to help us!p

I've recently bought several dresses for my bridesmaids from David's Bridal. The dresses are good quality for the price. Unfortunately, however, I've had a couple of issues with David's throughout my process: 1. Once the addresses arrive in store, there's a £15 charge per address to forward the dresses to a different address. 1 day after I paid an additional £40 for some of the dresses to be forwarded and for one of my bridesmaids to change to a slightly more expensive dress, another bridesmaid went into the store and chose a dress that was £20 cheaper than her original one. Rather than being refunded the £20 or being allowed to put it towards the extra £40 of costs I've already paid, I was given a credit note which it's unlikely I'll be able to use. I was informed that this is down to system limitations rather than policy. 2. At the start of my process, after choosing the dresses I wanted in store and being reassured that they would arrive in time for the wedding, I booked an appointment to go back 2 days later with my bridesmaids for fitting. When I got to the follow up appointment, there was no record of the appointment being booked or of my details in the system. I was also told that actually there would be a several month lead time on the dresses, meaning we had to choose a totally new set of dresses on the spot.

I couldn't have been more happy with how my dress turned out!

I made an appointment to shop for a mother of the bride dress. Arrived at the appointment and five girls stood at the front desk looking like they had no clue what to do. Finally we get pointed in the right direction. My daughter and I pick a few dresses and find our own fitting room. We never saw a consultant. We were never checked on, or offered any help. We decided to leave, nobody even noticed. Later that day I get a text saying I missed my appointment, even after I actually went. I found the dress I wanted. It was almost $400. I did not buy it from David’s bridal. I found it somewhere else. Such a terrible experience

Great range of dresses. Stylist Laura was very helpful and lovely to talk to. Got the perfect dress for my prom as well as my sister and just amazing service overall :)

I was served by Sumalee who was great - she was really helpful, friendly and attentive, even when it was clearly a very busy time! Highly recommend her services x

They charge outrageous fees for returns—in my case, it was $34. I will never ever buy from David’s Bridal.
