Made a quick call to reschedule my delivery and was done quickly. The reschedule was meant for next week but to my surprise it came the next day.

Super easy to contact and very responsive with replies both email and the phone. Very happy with this company

Terrible service. I just lost my package, due to the negligence of the company, because they left the package at the gate next to the pedestrian, when usually the other good delivery companies, left it in a safe place or at the nearest post office, which caused the loss. They did not notify me that the package was going to arrive, and I make the report and they send me photos showing where they left the package, next to the pedestrian area, now I lost my money and the products. Terrible service.

I contacted DAI post regarding my address being wrong although it had already been sent out for delivery. I was helped by Charmaine. I had been trying to correct my address for over a week and had no luck. She was very helpful and kept in contact with me all day, up until it was delivered. She went out of her way to contact the delivery driver directly through other avenues to get me my package. 10/10.

This company is so incompetent. If I had been given options for a courier company I definitely would not have chosen them. They have said they made 2 attempts to delivery my parcel, on both occasione we were at home. They do not respond to emails. Their tracking notification day parcel cannot be located. Very frustrating!

Only a one because zero isn't available. Constantly lieing to me about my package, iy was in a "customs delay" apparently iv been on the phone almost every weekday to them for weeks chasing up info, it took a week to tell me customs needed paper work, then nothing frim them again again untill i call. Now they charged me over $200 for a apparently a "bio security check" after they already told me I had no customs fees and everything will be paid for by them. I reluctantly and stupidly paid for it and still nothing. It was eather that or just forfeit my package! Now Iv been in contact with the bio security in Australia and they know nothing about the package or company for that matter. I told them about my package and they said it wouldn't need a bio security check or anything the paperwork I sent would have been plenty enough. They also told me to ask for a "entry number" that they would have received when sending them my paler worl for the original review weeks ago. With no supprise they wouldn't give it to me without the payment and even after the payment still nothing no info on whats happening no entry number just more lies. I honestly believe they have stolen from me. My next step will be contacting consumer affairs against them. And will more than likely need to contact my bank about that payment being fraudulent to try get my money back. After all it did nothing

My parcel from the US was detained by customs on a random check the agent (Geraldine) reached out to me, stepped me through the clearance process, and kept me up to date the entire time. The parcel was subsequently released without incident, and delivered asap after that. Full marks to all.
