Not a bad courier, but not as reliable compare to other courier who has collection depo if you miss the delivery. Erika is very helpful to locate my Parcel which is delayed for very long time.

After driver failed to deliver l contacted the company they did everything possible to sort the issue parcel was delivered a little late nothing was too much trouble for them once they understood there was an issue

Although , Jay delivered it via Australia Post for quick access to my parcel. Waiting for a parcel about to 1 and half months is hilarious , considering to recent days.

My parcel was stuck with customs due to a rather lackluster description from ebay. Stephanie from DAI reached out and supported the clearance of my parcel through customs. The parcel was UNM - unmanifested and required a comprehensive goods description. Stephanie was really prompt in her replies and very professional in how she engaged with both myself and customs. I would trust DAI with my international goods.

My package had, initially, dispatched with the incorrect address. Initial correspondence with DAI was difficult and negative. However when Stephanie got involved everything changed for the better.
