Customer service was amazing! Very clear communication and very helpful. Although my parcel didn’t make it to me, they were really helpful.

I had a parcel arrive from overseas and there was a delay due to Customs. Jay was very helpful in resolving the problem for me and kept me informed about the matter - thank you Jay.

Parcel with a cd from USA arrived in Perth at DAI 18 Jan 2025. It is 8 February 2025 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. The most incompetent service. I would never recommend this lot.

Whilst annoyed that my parcel was held in Customs for about a month, I cannot fault the Customer Service delivered by Erika from DAI post. She was attentive, professional and kept me informed throughout the rather long process. My parcel was delivered/tracked in good condition (the box was a little tatty) within 2 days of it being released from customs.

My parcel (from the USA) had arrived in Melbourne, cleared customs and was being processed for delivery. DAI Post were most helpful in determining the status of the process, and when delivery should take place. I appreciated being able to speak with someone, rather than communicating with a bot. The local delivery organisation was CouriersPlease. You cannot speak with anyone there, and often any communications via a bot are not responded to in a timely manner.

Package was unable to be delivered due to a very minor address error which should have been common sense to read. Contacted customer service and Scott assisted in correcting the error.
