My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 1st October, but it’s now mid-October and I still haven’t received it. For four consecutive days, the tracking showed it was “out for delivery with driver”, only for it to be returned to the depot every evening with no delivery attempt made. Then, on 4th October, the status changed to “unsafe to deliver” — which makes no sense, as no one even tried to deliver it. The exact same thing happened again on 9th October. I called customer service every single day, and every time I was told my request had been “forwarded to the depot.” Yet no one ever contacted me or followed up. The communication is absolutely non-existent, and every call ends with false assurances that lead nowhere. To make things worse, I had to move interstate, so I arranged for my friend to collect the parcel instead. That process was a complete nightmare — it took ages to organize, and I had to repeatedly chase them up just to confirm basic details. Even then, they never told me I needed an authorization letter until I specifically asked after multiple calls. This company is utterly useless. Zero accountability, zero communication, and no respect for customers’ time. I’ve never experienced such incompetence from a delivery service before. If you value your sanity or your parcels, go with any other courier — literally anyone else would do a better job.

Just another one of those courier / delivery companies that claims that they "missed you", even though you were sitting waiting at home for the delivery. Online tracking is useless and updates to replace timestamped entries with alternative facts later. I've been trying to reach them for two BUSINESS days now (during business hours), but their contact centre is simply closed due to "adverse weather". All calls disconnect. Having finally gotten a response to my Contact Us form the options are: 1. Wait at home for more fake delivery attempts that won't actually happen 2. Drive 2 hour roundtrip + tolls to Westmeadows. They seem to consider that a reasonable option! Whatever happened to, you know, local collection points. DAIPost, Parcelright...same thing, both awful. From hereon I simply won't buy from any merchant where I'm aware they are the carrier.

Appalling service from DAI Post My parcel was originally scheduled for delivery on 18 September, yet three weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived. Never receiced any notifications from the company. I had to call a week after the expected delivery date and was told it was never even loaded onto the delivery truck — and since then, there’s been no delivery attempt, no updates, and no explanation. I’ve tried calling and sending emails, only to receive the same vague response: “We’ll let you know when we know.” This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. How this company continues to operate with such appalling service standards is beyond me.

Absolutely hopeless. They never manage to deliver anything, It takes repeated calls to their call centre in The Philippines to arrange to collect parcels at their depressing and unfriendly depot in Port Melbourne. I have no how they stay in business.

Absolutely shocking, unreliable, incompetent, horrible company. I ordered a parcel on eBay which DHL handed over to DAI to complete the delivery since I wasn’t at home. For whatever reasons, DAI held onto the parcel for 4 weeks before stating they will return it to sender. No reasons given. After much complaining they said I could pick it up. But instead, they re-attempted delivery but this time at a different address in a different suburb altogether. Not only are they incompetent, but illiterate as well. DO NOT USE this company if you want your valuables delivered.

My parcel from Skims (ordered from the US to Perth) was mishandled from the start. I received no notifications for three supposed delivery attempts, no calling cards, no emails, nothing. When I asked why, I was told Skims hadn’t provided my phone number… yet my number was printed clearly on the shipping label when we finally collected the parcel. The collection point link had no address, emails went unanswered, and I was told the parcel was being sent to Melbourne to be returned to sender. Then told it was still in Perth but couldn’t be redirected. My partner had to leave work urgently to collect it or risk it being returned to sender. Felt like my property was being held hostage. Other couriers redirect undelivered parcels to a nearby post office, this should be standard. DAI Post’s lack of communication, flexibility, and accountability is unacceptable.

Getting a tracking number to this company for an expensive DNA kit that says it has arrive in AKL NZ Sept 1st. Waiting 8 days for delivery, then contacted. A form letter with cheerful greeting, and yes we will escalate. Then four days go by and again write, yes we will escalate, and a third time, and then a note. Case closed, the delivery date was the boat, but your parcel was not there. What a lot of BS, and complete lack of customer care and service. I trusted DHL, and then they fobbed off the package to this substandard, poor customer service, no responsibility for people's important package, and come to find out it is a regular occurrence. This company should be out of business. DHL YOU SHOULD NOT USE THEM. Geraldine DOSOS, if you are even a real person, but sound like a ROBOT, you have no care for people. Shame on you all.
