Had to call to track my missing parcel and Jay handled & organized a re delivery was sorted out very quickly thanks to Jay from DAI post

Terrible delivery courier service. Nothing but frustations in the trying to get my package delivered. It has been over 10 days since my package arrived in my country and I have yet to see a delivery notice. The whole process of waiting for DAI to invoice me for the duty fees, payment clearance, any form of updates from the customer support agent has been tedious journey. Something that is a simple matter for any other courier or last mile delivery company is just a complex , drawn out process with this company. They must be cheap to use otherwise how can they still remain in business.

Missed my address twice, I made sure to put specific instruction. Please update your gps/address finders. Delaying my package. Not the best experience

I would give 0 stars if possible. They said that my house was unsafe to deliver (it was not). I gave them an address for my office - a Brisbane city office building. They didn't deliver and refuse to say where it was delivered. They refuse to assist and now try and say I need to go to the vendor to get a refund of goods that they have lost. They take 6 weeks to reply. Appalling service. Do not trust

When my parcel was customs-cleared, I emailed DAI Post to ask if I could collect it because there were so many negative reviews about the delay. Luckily my parcel was delivered before expected delivery date. Happy with DAI post.

To be fair, Karla was clear and concise with the instructions. I have not really dealt with DAI a great deal but as an employee for a company myself, it is only fair I extend a positive word for her professionalism.
