I think this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. Throughout the journey I received zero updates, when I noticed they “couldn’t deliver” my parcel, I contacted them directly. They then said they would send it with Australia Post. I provided my address then didnt receive anything for over a week, I followed up and then all of a sudden they now need approval from the seller ( you guys could’ve said this when I requested for it to be delivered again), two weeks go by, I include the seller into the thread the seller approves and then all of a sudden we need the shipper to approve the charge (the shipper was FedEx), every single time I messaged them there was a new issue that I was not made aware of. Once I finally asked wtf you guys are doing, then the parcel was held for too long and was being returned to sender. Literally what the fk, I had been so communicative and trying to get this parcel sent but was met with the worst customer service, yeah his emails were written nicely but what a scummy company.

Just pray to god your item doesn't end up in their hands. Endless delays and ransom charges to get your goods. They heap additional fees on of their own for handling your item and then refuse to tell you what their fees are as its 'commercially sensitive Info.' Ive escalated to fair trading and the accc.

I have been dealing with "Rose Galera" for help with a delivery issue and honestly the customer service is the worst I have ever seen in a company. Have sent three emails in the past month asking for updates and have had zero replies. Tried to call the other day and got told she would call back... no call back.

Absolutely horrendous experience. They have had my parcel now for 3 weeks (and counting), the website says to "contact customer service", doing so I've had calls answered with just laughter as other call center workers can be heard chatting and laughing in the background. Getting through to someone to speak with is a chore, they sometimes can't locate my name or the tracking number (they provided), the email follow up is nonexistent and their story of why the parcel is delayed changes depending on which representative you speak with. Contacting Customs myself laid bare their lie that it was a "Customs issue". Absolutely the worst delivery company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

This courier is TERRIBLE and now reading these reviews it seems a scam. I ordered a few items worth hundreds on ebay. The seller clearly didn't research these guys and chose to use them. Had a message saying items delivered to a safe place. I've been in all day and have cameras that show no delivery at or even around my house. DAI is closed on weekends, and who knows how terrible their service will be when they do reply. I'm absolutely disgusted that companies can get away with this. HUNDREDS of dollars - that is now causing me a lot of stress.

Didn’t attempt delivery at my home. Brought to a local shop. Received 3 notifications with the wrong address. Did not even come up on Google. Arrived at the shop with ID and was met by the rudest worker I have ever experienced. Told me not only did I need ID but also a text message confirmation that I never received. Told him 3 times and showed him the emails from the delivery company confirming. He told me to stop talking and eventually sent me a code. I arrived with ID that matched MY paid for package. Ridiculous.

Didn't even try and contact me. Didn't even bother to ring the buzzer even though I was home all day. Left the package outside the fence in full public view on a major road. Contacted customer service and they said too bad, contact someone else. Stay away. Do not use them.
