Great customer service
Angelica Canete did a great job in helping me get a package delivered. I sell items on Etsy and the buyer gave me an address without the apartment number. I contacted the buyer several times for the apartment number with no luck, so I even tried calling the recipient in NZ. They didn't return my calls and even Angelica called to leave a message trying to get the apartment number. Finally, they responded via email. However, the package was delayed so much it was sent back to the sender, which is an issue because I didn't send it myself, I use Printify to create the items I sell. However, she was able to reroute the package back to the recipient and it was finally delivered.
