Second time writing a review about George from customer support! He is fantastic at his job. I don't normally write reviews, or remember names from people in customer service over email but George has really stood out to me. He assisted me further in figuring out the taper size for .105 gauge strings to make sure they fit in some locking tuners I ordered. Other companies I emailed would not give me taper size for particular strings, but he made sure to measure it out for me. He also helped me figure out the length of some single strings to ensure they would fit on my baritone guitar. He is quick to reply, goes above and beyond at helping you find the information you need, and answering questions with patience and care. George really seems to care about his work and helping people. He deserves a raise / promotion imo!

Had a new bass string start unraveling after just a few hours playing. Sent a note Th night, had a response the next day and a replacement sent by the following Monday!

I sent a merchandise question; George answered with a good solution and an equally good accompanying suggestion. He took care of his end of the solution, and I took care of mine. We were done in an hour and a half from my initial inquiry. Can't beat that. George was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. This is typical of my interactions with D'Addario. They're a top notch company all the way from product quality, through pricing, to customer service.

Asking about the difference between 2 kinds of strings I got an answer immediately from George! Thanks at this point! He solved my request and added points to my account, whats that great! Iordered the recommended strings and now I´m exited how they will sound at my Taylor guitar...

I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to Matt @ D'Addario for some rather unique and outstanding customer service. Even though the issue was relatively minor but unusual, I asked for advice and before I knew it, a new replacement was at my door even though they were under no obligation to replace the item. I very much appreciated George's handling of my complaint! When I shared with him the huge frustration and inconvenience of the EJN27N-3D strings being packaged in such a way that it was impossible to identify for sure which string was which, George was "real" -- he empathized, and apologized sincerely for the difficulties that the lack of instructions and clarity in packaging had caused. He did explain to me what the package should have shown -- i.e., the color coding system, and which color was supposedly applied to which string. Some of the colors on my strings were missing or extremely hard to identify, but, through a lengthy process of comparison and elimination, I believe I've sorted out which is which. George expressed that he wanted to make things as right as possible, and his handling of the situation made me very grateful he was the one who called me back -- which is why I wanted to make a point to write this glowing review of his excellent customer service!

Hailey in Consumer Support was awesome. I told her about corrosion out of a new pack of strings and she processed a replacement G string and a whole set for my inconvenience. Glad to use a product they stand by
