As a gigging musician, I use a lot of D'Addario strings. My experience with their strings has been flawless, until one defective string a few days ago. I reached out to the company on the weekend, and George got back to me today (Monday) saying they would take care of it. Couldn't ask for better service. BTW, if you're not a Players Circle member, give it a try. Points add up fast!

I'm a drummer and of course they are basically a necessity in the drums world. The drum heads, sticks, and accessories are top of the line in the drum world and are as good as it gets. But I wanted to rant on their customer service though! They are ridiculously good. I had a small issue and I emailed them to try and handle it and they reached out very quickly and went above and beyond to handle my issue and I was thoroughly impressed with them. (Even more so than I already was) I'm not even gonna lie they probably could have been all but terrible to me and even though I wouldn't have wanted to and I probably would have continued to buy their products just bc like I said they are a staple in the drum world and almost a necessity. Thanks for being a great company and standing behind your products and having great customer service. This is why you're one of the giants I guess.

Reached out to support as an item had broken, they didn't take long to resolve the issue and an item replacement along with a other set was sent within one week. Overall positive experience and will definitely buy from here again.

Hailey did a great job in finding me a replacement bracket for one of my D'Addario tuners. Will not hesitate in the future to use D'Addario for my music gear needs.
