The fact that Mr. George (the representative I spoke to), was very helpful, tentative, and really keen in his attempts to remedy the issues and inquiries I was having truly made my experience most notable. I've been using D'Addario strings for the past 5 years and I have without a doubt been satisfied every time. Though it is has been a learning curve to find which sets fit me the most, I love the fact that each pair has given me the exact output and response that I would be looking for from that set. Further, your customer service team most notably Mr. George have been a breeze. Anytime I need help with gear or accessories they have always been willing to go above and beyond to make sure the needs of their customer base is met. I plan on using D'Addario strings for many years to come and I've no complaints.

I recently had some issues with some strings and I was trying the NYXL line for the first time and I reached out to D'Addario and have been helped, respected, and have been given replacements. The customer service representative that has been helping me has been absolutely awesome. I've used a good handful of this company's products over the few decades I've been playing music and I've never had a complaint. And now working with their customer facing side I am even more pleased then I was before. Y'all got a lifer right here!

I had a problem with a set of strings. I sent an email with pictures, they were "Johnny on the spot." With a solution.

Here we go again. Where is my refund for the guitar strap I sent back to D’addario unused with tags attached (Not a close out item.) Tracking shows they received it over a week ago. They authorized the return that I had to pay $13 to return the item. They received the it on Oct. 24th. I have sent several requests to find out what the holdup is to no avail. No return call, no email, no nothing but crickets. D’addario does not take live phone calls. If I had made this purchase through Amazon, I would have been refunded long ago
