Update: Company reached out after posting this review and reshipped my order free of charge. The hats themselves are great quality and very cute. I never received my package and the company neglected to reply to any of my emails. I left 1 star reviews for both of the items I ordered and both reviews got deleted instantly. Wouldn’t recommend, clearly a scam.

Wrote this review in april 2024: I had placed an order of 2 caps for a total of 66 euros (order #137841). After 2 months, still haven't received anything. When I look up the tracking code, I saw that my package was sent back to the sender, back to DAD BRAND. I sent them a mail asking them to refund my money as I didn't receive the caps. Meanwhile we are 6 months further and I still haven't received a reply or a refund. SCAM!!!! In April DadBrand reacted they will refund me. They e-mailed me, I responded I want a full redund. AGAIN, 4 MONTHS LATER, NO REACTION OR REFUND. DON’T BUY HERE, SCAMMERS!!

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my delivery and they sent a replacement overnight.

I ordered three products and they all arrived at the right time except for the ball marker. I reached out about it when I realized it and they expedited a replacement and arrived a couple days later. I really appreciate it! Quality is top-notch.

Great hat… My son got it for me for Father’s Day! Had a hiccup with shipping, and these guys were right on top of it. I will order from them again I’m sure. AEO NYC

Dad Brand has excellent customer service! I purchased a hat for my husband for Father’s Day. After the hat arrived, I decided he would like a different hat better. When I reached out about the exchange, their customer service was prompt and they resolved my issue very quickly. My husband loves the hat and I’m a huge fan of this brand!
