I was sent the wrong hat and sent an email to customer service, they were so quick with responding and instantly sent me the correct hat no charge and said I could keep the hat I received. The reason why I like this is because it gives you a hat it says boy mom on it basically saying you're a mama's boy. I don't find anything negative about it I think there's no flaws to it. I like how it is because some children or some adult men could wear it for their mom some people have Mom some people don't or they just been adopted but at the same time it just means a lot to different people. It does have good quality.
