They never delivered my order, never responded to any email!! I've sent 3 emails, no response, this feels like a scam. Maybe they'll reply here?? Order #835141195336489

Hi Emma, so sorry about the delay, we did receive your email this morning and replied a couple hours ago. As you're aware we shipped your order the same day that it was placed but there was an issue with the carrier. We have not received the item as return to sender and it does appear to still be in transit. However, we sent out a brand new shipment via Priority Mail at no cost to you. We sincerely hope this helps fix the issue. Have a great day!

Update: I have received the hat at my address. Good quality hat. I ordered a hat for my child who lives in Switzerland. Order was placed on May 3, 2024, and shipped on May 8. I was tracking package with the tracking number and it hasn't moved since May 14, 2024. I have emailed Dad Brand company twice about the issue and have got no response. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with this company.

Thanks so much for the updated review Tabitha, hope to be sending more your way in the future. Have a great day! Hi Tabitha, so sorry to hear about the delay with the delivery of your order. It was fulfilled in a timely manner but per the tracking, seems to be lost in transit or stuck in customs. We’ll happily offer you a full refund, even without the package being returned. Or we can reship to you domestically or make another attempt at reshipping it internationally at our expense. Hope we can help get this resolved for you. Feel free to email us at [email protected] or reply here. Thanks!
