I ordered a hat on 12/14, received notice it shipped on 12/15, as of 12/16 the tracking hasn’t moved and says “USPS awaiting item”. Today is now the 21st - I have emailed two separate emails and DM them on Instagram, all of which have not be responded too. Don’t make the same mistake as me, do NOT order from these people! Absolute SCAM!!!

Purchased 2 hats as Christmas gifts. Received a package with 1 hat - which was neither of the ones I ordered. Reached out to 'support' THREE times - once via IG and twice via email. No reply, nothing. On reflection, I suppose it's shady that a company's support email is a regular @gmail.com address - that should have warned me in the first place. More fool me. I wrote a one star review on their website (after incessant auto-marketing emails from them) just to get them to notice, and give them a chance to fix it, on the off chance my emails had gone to spam or something (though IG messages don't go to spam, and I doubt they're getting thousands of messages a day...) Went to check back on the review later that evening, and they'd deleted it. They don't care one bit. Absolutely would never deal with this company again and will warn any friends off it. Eventually disputed the charge on my credit card, which they resolved right away. Oh and the wrong hat I did receive? It's flimsy and poor quality. Dad Brand merch is expensive and cheap at the same time. A rare feat. UPDATE: Perhaps Dad Brand saw this review, or took heed of the review they deleted on their website, because the two hats turned up in the mail. No delivery note in the package, just the hats. I'll upgrade them an extra star for sending the hats, but the communication is non-existant and the hats aren't that good quality.

My order was not delivered. I’ve spent over a week trying to get in touch with customer service through email, Instagram, and Facebook but have not received a response. Edit: Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because Dad Brand finally got in touch with me through email and reshipped my order at no charge. It had originally been delivered to AZ when the shipping address was to AL. I did receive it, and it is exactly what I ordered. Though it took a while for the company to get back to me about my issue, I’m happy that they resolved it.

I was sent a different item than I ordered. I tried to contact them several times on both email and DM on instagram as instructed on their website. They didn't even reply.
