HORRIBLE. Terrible attitude at the pharmacy they laugh in your face when asking about medication, and talk to you in a horrible tone. And the higher up just laughs with them and looks at you if youre dumb. Ridiculous. Need to get better people working there.

CVS is a terrible company
CVS is a terrible company
I recently took a survey and was to receive a Health and Wellness kit. I took the survey and was charged $11 for shipping and handling. I received another email to take another survey and they wanted $9.95 for shipping and handling. I called the corporate office the first rep said to call the insurance co. and hung up on me. I called the insurance co. and she said it is for CVS and not insurance co. She connected me to CVS corporate office where I am

Definitely a negitive experience
I would agree with previous negitive reviews regarding the Halls Pharmacy. If you have a
Control substance, I would definitely not go to the location. I had called yesterday, and was told that they had the medicine I needed. My Doctor sent the prescription there and was told to call in the morning to get the medication precription filled. Of coarse this was a Saturday! I called as was told. While waiting I received a call from a women, Allison, and was told that they were not excepting new controlled medication patients. I explained I had talked to someone yesterday and nothing was said. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he was off this weekend and wouldn't be back until Monday.
I attempted to ask to talk to the pharmacist but Allison actually hung up on me. I would definitely find a different location!

The clerk at front check out Dylan was very helpful in assisting me with returning an item to Amazon even when other customers were standing in line waiting to be waited on.
And the pharmacist in the back accepted my cdphp debit mastercard so I could buy the needed otc for my viral gastroenteritis. Hannaford would not allow me to use mt debit mastercard but cvs did. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable in helping me too.
Thank you so much. Customers come first in cvs.

The pharmacy at the CVS store at 1396…
The pharmacy at the CVS store at 1396 Second Avenue is a disorganized mess. I have never had a prescription filled without some type of mishap occurring that resulted in delaying the receipt of my medication by at least one day. This weekend it happened again.
I ordered a refill of my medication two days ago (Saturday). The following evening I went there to pick it up, only to find the pharmacy had just closed. (It’s advertised as being open 24/6). I then checked the app and saw that it said the medication was not going to be ready until Tuesday (3 days after I called it in)!
This morning I called the pharmacy to find out what was going on. I was told that the message on the app was incorrect and the medication was actually ready. I could have gone over to pick it up, but the person I spoke with promised the medication would be delivered to my by 5:00 today, so I said that would be fine. Guess what— it was never delivered. I again checked the app. It now says that the medication was received and “shipped” today but it will not be delivered until tomorrow. I live 5 blocks away.
CVS has told me they use a third-party delivery service. They claim they have no control over when medication gets delivered, nor are they able to track it once it’s picked up. I have been further advised that the delivery service must pick up the medication by a certain time or they will not even deliver it the following day. This has been my experience on at least two occasions.
The problem at this location is not just with delivery. The last time I ordered medication I went in person to pick it up. After waiting in a long line for 20 minutes I was told they couldn’t find my prescription. The records showed it had been filled but they looked all over and couldn’t find it. They refilled it while I waited, which I appreciated. However, 2 days later it was delivered to me at my building!
They also do not let customers know why there are delays. If they don’t have enough of a medication in stock to fill a prescription they simply don’t fill it. The app only says that the prescription was received. It doesn’t tell you if there is going to be a delay or why there’s a delay. They pharmacy should be reaching out to the customers to advise them, so they can make alternative arrangements (ie, look elsewhere). There is no way to avoid getting caught in this situation. If you try to call them all you can do is leave a message and hope they call you back.
Unfortunately, I’m stuck with CVS because they a preferred provider on my prescription drug plan, and the CVS on Second Avenue is the closest one to where I live. However, having had these repeated incidents, if I have an urgent need medication I will use another pharmacy that I can trust, even though I may end up paying more. My health is too important to gamble with.

The prices are little on the high side
The prices are little on the high side. It is sometimes difficult to get an employee to help you, even with the call buttons. Everyone at the pharmacy section are friendly and willing to help you with understanding the prescription you are receiving.

Horrible
Horrible. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I did the express pick up. Nothing express about it. Person handed me meds was rude and dry. No apology or care. I asked why did you let one car hold up the entire line. She just stared at me with a blank face and said, “Uh huh.” I said, “Okay, bye.” Will be switching where I get my Rx from.

A terrible exprience
I went to your store at 1701 US s hwy 1 in Vero Beach fl on Feb 3rd for a refill. I am a seasonal owner from Iowa so they needed to do a transfer with my local pharmacy in Iowa. I gave them all the info they needed as well as phone number.I told them my pharmacy needed them to call for the transfer. I went back a couple days later and still had no refill. twice more in the next 5 or 6 days and they still had not contacted my pharmacy and needed a phone number. finally today I talked to my pharmacy back home and they said no one had called and she said she called CVS and left two messages to contact them for transfer info.I went back to CVS today and they still needed tyhe info to call them. By this time I was very upset and them I needed to talk to someone higher up. I then left and went to Walgreens and was able to get my prescription the same day. Ironically, I have Aetna RX card and CVS is partnered with them for prescription. I will not recommend CVS to anyone.
