The CVS Pharmacy in Walnut Cove is AMAZING!!!!!! They are always friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. Their automated system is wonderful at letting you know when a new prescription has come through, and when it is filled. Whenever I have left a voicemail that needs to be returned they always respond promptly! My insurance company and my husband‘s insurance company have called us several times suggesting that we change to their pharmacy. Even though it would save us a little money we will absolutely not change from CVS! Good service and friendly people are priceless!

A Warm and Welcoming Experience at CVS Pharmacy Exceptional Customer Service I visited CVS Pharmacy at the corner of MacNab and University Drive and met two of the warmest and most welcoming ladies I have encountered in quite a while: Tina and Marci. The moment I walked up to the counter, they greeted me with smiles and engaged me in a pleasant conversation. In an over the counter or retail setting, these women have the magic that comes from face-to-face charm, deep product knowledge, and speed. Professional and Attentive Assistance Tina and Marci took the time to speak with me, ask whether I needed anything else, and provide very professional assistance. Their warmth and attentiveness are exactly what customers need in a sales setting. Thank you ladies 5 stars.

We will be away on vacation for several weeks an I take an anticoagulant (eliquis) twice a day. I am told that it is dangerous — increase my risk of stroke — to stop abruptly. I went to the Alamo CVS and was told that there was a “hold” on my renewal and it would cost more than $1,000 to access prior to 3 months ! The Chief pharmacist understood my plight and suggested that she “clear” my insurance. She telephoned immediately and solved my problem. She was courteous, competent and a delight to represent me. I am grateful for her kindness.

For being such a busy pharmacy and store, had a few small issues but for the most part the pharmacy does a great job on getting out the prescriptions. Do a little shopping here but mostly in Broomall store which is also fine.

I’m so happy to have the best pharmacy staff and pharmacists right here so close to my house, the staff is a true team and very friendly courteous and always willing to answer any questions and concerns I may have.After a quick check in you are greeted with a smile and you are in and out of the pharmacy area allowing time to shop and be assisted by other great staff like Brandon, AJ and Foz. Always a great experience.

I was a little frustrated going into CVS today, even going into the store there was quite a lot of people inside which wasn't any better but after chatting and getting my images taken care of with Ray Ray and Charlie I was great.

At our CVS location in Willow Grove, PA there is a most gracious and lovely pharmacy tech named Lisa. She is always polite and lends a smile and does her job extremely well. I wish all CVS employees would take a lesson from dear Lisa on customer service as she is truly a servant willing and able to perform her job with due diligence, and customers who experience her always leave CVS well satisfied. Lisa is a shining star at CVS and I am always happy when she is behind the counter or at the drive through window to help me. God bless you Lisa!
