Takes hours to get an Rx. Long lines, not enough staff. Pharmacy lines are so long I give up on getting meds due to the time waste of standing there all day.

I had excellent service today at the CVS at 2226 Wisconsin Ave, both at the pharmacy counter and having passport photos taken. I shop in this pharmacy regularly and have never had anything but polite and efficient service.

I had to use cvs for my over the counter items through my insurance and you can’t return those things. I chose (unfortunately) a cvs thermometer that you hold on your head, junk! Temps read different every single time, such crap! In all fairness though, I have Walmart now and even though I don’t get things in the mail, Walmart does the same thing, you can’t return anything which I believe is such a scam! Why shouldn’t you be able to return items that are not as advertised or defective?? At Walmart I purchased neuriva and when I got it home there were capsules that had broken open and one was just an empty shell half! But nope, not returnable! I’m sorry, but these places are just scamming the system, in my opinion.

1 star is a TRUE GIFT!!!! phone system is pathetic... neither I nor my insurance company could reach a representative after trying for over an hour. No one ever called either one of us back either. locations are closing so you are no longer convenient and to then be treated like I am a disruption to your day.... yea... I am done with CVS

CVS pharmacy is the worst. I have been on hold for 30 mins trying to reach the pharmacy. I can drive there quicker than they will pick up and I guaranty you there will be two people there doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting. I have stood at the counter or at the drive thru window for at least 5 mins before ever being acknowledged. Trying to transfer an RX and Publix said they won’t send it over to them. FFS!!

You're forced to leave a voicemail & are told they'll call within an hour. Didn't happen today & really caused problems. I couldn't get to a live person to pay for my prescriptions someone else was picking up, another problem. They're VERY SLOW re setting up transferred prescriptions.

Excellent customer service. Barry! Even gave my dogs a bonus treat.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy for 5 years. The pharmacy on Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN, has always been courteous, they return my calls within one minute, or answer directly with excellent service. I'm happy I can rely on them for my prescriptions.
