I think they are trying to keep consistency and quality in the Pharmacy, but it seems hard. CVS simply does not employ enough people to run their stores as well as they could. I miss the old CVS- but at least I have a reminder of how it used to be. I🩷CVS, but after Covid, things were never the same. Conveniences like clean restrooms and trash cans in the parking lot have deteriorated. It’s not uncommon to see only one employee in the entire store when the pharmacy is closed. I WISH (so much!) that CVS would stop their Buy 1 Get 1 50% off practice. It’s exhausting. Please just lower prices a bit so we can still shop here!

It would be helpful to hire employees who work at the Pharmacy counter that at least seemed to understood English ?! Lately, in picking up prescriptions, I had an unusual time being processed ?! After spelling out my last and first name, date of birth and telephone number a couple of times, finally I was recognized by your system and received my prescriptions ?! I even showed the person my text, but unfortunately that doesn't do anything, but alert me ?!

Every time I go into CVS there is always something wrong with the computer. And they are always trying to make me pay out of pocket for my meds. I have insurance, but they always have to look it up. It seems like it's always something.

I went to CVS drive thru in Aug to pick up a prescription and was told that the refill was called in June, so they put it back. The girl at the drive thru window said she would have to "re-order" it and that I should come inside bc the system was trying to refill the brand name instead. I went in and after several minutes of discussion about how my insurance doesn't cover the $47 generic they could fill the $70 brand name Rx. Well, its a no brainer to me since both are exactly the same. So when I said to the gal at the drop off window, "Could you please order the generic?", she walks back between the inventory shelves and comes back and says, "Yeah, we have it in stock." Huh? The girl at the drive thru window said it had to be ordered. Appeared as though someone was trying to upsell the brand name. And of course when I look for a feedback link on the receipt, there is none. When I call CVS 1-800 number, they're closed. When I go to the website to figure out how else to leave feedback it suggests writing a letter (haha). So, I just found it easier to leave the feedback here where maybe someone will actually read it.

I was let down by the quality of the product I received. It didn’t match the description or photos on the website. Also, the delivery took longer than expected, which added to my frustration. I really wanted to love it, but it just didn’t meet my standards.

IN THE CVS STORE AT 1570 ROSECRANS AVE. IN MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CUSTOMER BATHROOMS REMAIN CLOSED & BROKEN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THE TWO SELF-CHECKOUT CASH REGISTERS HAVE WEIGHT ISSUES, FAILING TO PROCESS ITEMS THAT DON'T WEIGH VERY MUCH. THE HORRIBLY DICTATORIAL AI VOICE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS TO PUT THEIR ITEMS IN THE BAGGING AREA, AS IF CUSTOMERS ARE STEALING. HELLO?! THE PROBLEM IS LIGHTWEIGHT ITEMS LIKE A PEN OR LIPSTICK DON'T WEIGH ENOUGH FOR THE MALFUNCTIONING CVS SELF-CHECKOUT MACHINES TO PROCESS. AND SHAME ON CVS FOR HAVING A BLARING AI VOICE YELL AT CUSTOMERS, THROWING CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN THE TRASH BY ANNOUNCING CUSTOMERS' FIRST AND LAST NAMES ! HOW SCARY AND DISGUSTING! CVS AI IS TRAMPLING ON THE LAWFUL PRIVACY OF AMERICAN CITIZENS! 🤬👺🤬👺🤬👺🤬👺🤬👺🤬👺🤬

The design and function of the self-checkout stations is quite annoying. The height of the units appear to be good for short folks and people in wheelchairs and disability access is a good thing! But for average-height and taller people, it is quite uncomfortable to hunched over to use the system. The system (at least in my local area) has difficulty in sensing very lightweight items like a greeting card or pack of dental picks. That fact triggers a message on the pop-up screen to skip bagging, but what would happen next when you have more items, heavier items? What prompt would pop-up next requiring an over-ride of some kind? I had difficulty trying to identify how to use a CVS brand coupon at check-out, so I tapped the help button on screen to call for an attendant. It was probably over a minute and an attendant still hadn't come over and by then the screen had another prompt to 'cancel' the request for assistance! Why should a customer cancel a request for help when help hadn't yet arrived? There was no option to touch the screen to indicate that help was still needed! After looking around and seeing that nobody was immediately available, I gave the bag with merchandise to an employee nearby and left without completing the transaction. The only reason that a 2-star rating was assigned is because the store was rather clean and tidy and there was at least one employee in the area nearby.
