I had a dreadful experience at this CVS Pharmacy. Kelli, the employee assisting customers, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was wearing AirPods while handling personal information, which is a clear violation of HIPAA regulations. When I brought this issue to the manager, Pasha, he simply ignored her and continued to allow her to work with AirPods on. This lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply concerning. If management cannot enforce basic standards, how can customers trust this pharmacy with their health and personal information? CVS needs to take immediate action to address this problem. I will definitely escalate this matter to corporate.

Terrible company they don't even answer the phone. I needed to ask them a question about my meds.

While away from home for a long weekend I noticed that I didn’t have all my heart meds. I called the local CVS in Marshfield, Ma and left a message about my dilemma. It was 10PM when I left the message and didn’t expect callback until next day. As luck would have it’s a 24 hr CVS. The pharmacist called me within 30 minutes. Gave him my date of birth and he quickly looked up my info. Told me I could come over immediately and get enough pills for the weekend or come the following day. I arrived at 6:30AM the next morning and picked up my pills. CVS saved the day and I was so relieved to get my meds. 5 stars for the pharmacist and the staff you greeted me in the morning. Great job!!!

500 Grafton street. This store stinks. Disappointed 9 out of 10 times. They offer themselves as a UPS shipping locator, that CVS is compensated for through UPS. But what UPS probably isn't aware of is that they have no capability to scan QR return codes for free shipping of return items, making this location totally useless as a dedicated UPS Store location. Plus, the ATM is typically not functioning. The last time it wasn't working and I asked when ot was expected to be fixed, the answer I got, "Could be tomorrow, or it could be in a week." THIS STORE SERIOUSLY NEEDS SOME COMPETITION!!L

ESTHER at self check out was helpful to the max also I enjoyed discovering the gluten free & low sugar line of aliments , Everything was escellent . Keep it up !

I used to have an ExtraCare + account and signed up about one year ago. The terms of my account was an annual membership that would auto-renew each year, with advanced email notice before my card was charged. I had the intention of cancelling the account prior to renewal but didn't remember the date. I wasn't concerned, as I was anticipating receiving my renewal email in the upcoming weeks and would cancel at that time before I was charged and the renewal took effect. Today I checked my credit card statement and saw a renewal charge, which was unauthorized by me. Turns out it was CVS auto-renewing my membership WITHOUT providing advanced notice of said renewal over email (yes, I double checked my inbox, trash, and spam folders). When I called their support team to cancel the membership, I had to jump through hoops in order to get them to refund the pending annual charge - even though it was charged outside of their terms of service. After 20 minutes on the phone, I was finally able to get this corrected, now I'm awaiting my refund within the next 7 business days. If you have an ExtraCare+ account, make sure you're being charged fairly and being notified appropriately. Cause this is some shady nonsense.

Traveling on business. After the doctor's visit scripts were called in for Asthma, respiratory infection (lungs and throat), and chest pains (prior Heart Attack). I called CVS but was only able to leave the Pharmacy a detailed message per their instructions for a callback, and I requested to call me ASAP as to when I can pick up scripts, as I did not want to infect others in the store while waiting nor am I able to stand more than 10 minutes. After 2 hours I called back and was patched over to the Pharmacy finally. I was informed that the Pharmacy would be closing in 7 minutes. I asked and pleaded to wait 10 minutes for me to pick up my scripts as I desperately needed them. She 100% rudely blew me off and said tomorrow and hung up the phone. So now I'm forced to go to the Hospital ER costing me $2,500++++. Starting a web campaign to expose CVS's unethical behaviors, stay tuned. I hate calling an attorney, but I've personally had it with their anti-human antics and unethical behaviors. Principals.
